This place was not busy"! Wait time was over 5 minutes did not receive the service or product we asked and and paid for! We got a odd mix of syrups and a hard scoop of ice cream in a cup instead of a tray it was all mixed together to where it appeared to be black in color ? went straight into he trash can along with that cup of sludge they called a shake it was such a waste of time and money just gross!!!!!!!/ Not to mention the parking lot is a messy set-up go to dairy Queen or McDonald's and save yourself the trouble! They are dirty no hand washing after handling money /card's no gloves either nasty place!

Ewwwww peanut butter sundae …… never had peanut butter like this - consistency of pb & syrup but thick. They forgot the hot fudge I guess. It literally had hard pb on top of vanilla ice cream. The large cup with a tiny short spoon was less than pleasant. #2 order was Cookie Monster / large cup tiny spoon , vanilla ice cream with cookies sprinkled on top with what my son called “pb sludge”Won’t be back yuk.

Sizes have shrunk insanely since the new owner has taken over. 3 small ice creams is now almost $20 and this "small is more like a mini. That makes me wonder what a mini is? A sample spoon? That's genuinely the only thing smaller than their smalls. It also took FOREVER to get ice cream and it was melted. Will not return.

I had never been here before, so I did not realize it was drive thru only. I stood at their front window for 5 minutes trying to get someone to pay attention to me. They had tables out front, so I assumed you could order from there. No one stopped and let me know this. I will never go there again and won't recommend it to anyone either. It wouldn't have taken them 5 seconds to let me know this. There is another Ice cream place in Albany and that is where I will be going from here on out!

I highly recommend this place to all ice cream lovers. So many options and the location makes it great for anyone whose playing at then ball diamond or splash pad nearby.

We are here from out of state on a work trip. We got ice cream for all of our eleven kids the first night. Total win. Generous sizes, reasonable prices and lots of variety. Amongst our large family order we had soft serve, sundaes and blitzes (basically a McFlurry). I had a hot fudge brownie and it was delicious. Great summer place!

The workers in there are busting their behinds to keep up with orders but there is too much between online, window and drive-thru. Something needs to change because I've seen a lot of people upset including myself waiting over 45 minutes for just a small order.

Horrible service, disgusting food!! This was our first time and will be our last time getting food from this place. I work in customer service and the lady that took our order was extremely rude to us. When we 1st started to order she said we had to “yell” at her because she couldn’t hear us…really?! OH OK….then when she was typing in our order she did a “ à la carte” for everything we order when we kept on telling her we want “kids combo meals” so when she give us our total it was 3x’s higher bill. She slammed the window shut before we had the chance to ask for a receipt. When we finally got the receipt we saw that she charged us for food that wasn’t in a combo but we didn’t know all that because the lady never told us that it doesn’t come with the meal. Soooo confusing and very rude employees that don’t know what they are doing, just random charging people for food and not telling them…I guess!!!!! I don’t recommend this place at all, save your money and time and go elsewhere.
