Ordered pizza went to pick up and team was outside smoking while.pizzas were in oven . Paid told to pull out front and they would bring to me .10 minutes later went in and was told oh yeah I forgot here is your pizza. Cold and burnt food and crew was eating there food in dining room.

I didn't get all my order...called and got a the call center ....ask for a refund, they sent the call to the Albany store..guess what ...they won't answer..PLEASE DO BETTER....IF I LIVED IN ALBANY I WOULD GO BACK TO THE RESTAURANT..guess we will start going to a different places....lots of new places opening up in albany

Great crew here. Everyone is always upbeat and so polite. I've never had to wait on my carry out, and they always make my pizza exactly how I order it and with lots of love. So in and try it out for yourself

Bought pizza and cinnamon breadsticks last night. Pizza was dry and skimpy on toppings even though it was a Supreme. Breadsticks were soggy in the middle and didn't have the crunchy brown sugar topping they are famous for. Very disappointing waste of money.

Ordered online, it stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got their and continued to wait another 30 minutes. The staff was not very sanitary as one would continue to wipe their nose with their gloved hand, touching their face and adjusting their clothing. We will definitely not be back to this pizza hut.

Worst pizza hut ever!! If u plan on getting pizza there beware! My husband and I ordered pizza from there and when got home realized that what was ordered wasn't even right and they over charged us! The past 3 times we've ate there has been the absolute worst!! I'm done with this place!! Go to Hartford city!

Pizza and wings were over done. The wing's meat was hard. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. Over all, the place didn' t appear very clean. I was disappointed with my experience. Pizza Hut was always my favorite, but will now go to Pizza .....
