Called to place an order 6 times over a few minutes, no answer! So I drove there to see why and walked in stood there for 10 mins and nobody came to take my order so I called while there to see and they all ignored my calls and me inside! Will not be going back!

When does a store manager run his store with no transportation or he makes his employees do all his banking’s & make he’s worker do his job Jason needs to be fired he lives store all the time that’s why Albany Pizza Hut is zero stars

Ordered pizza went to pick up and team was outside smoking while.pizzas were in oven . Paid told to pull out front and they would bring to me .10 minutes later went in and was told oh yeah I forgot here is your pizza. Cold and burnt food and crew was eating there food in dining room.
