I used to love the Albany locations pizza. in fact it was one of the best around however times must be changing. The quality just keeps getting worse and worse. I literally took my delivered pizza back to ask the manager if this is the quality you get for a $35 pizza... she looked at me and asked what was wrong with it?!! when your slogan is to the edge I suspect maybe it should be to the edge. there was barely any cheese on it. They never even have the order started at the time they give for it to be ready. The manager couldn’t care less and it has the worst service of all pizza kings. The manager doesn’t even require hair nets (which he never wears) or hats for people prepping the food, which is a health code violation.
Ordered food with my family sometime last week, and didn’t get my chef salad I ordered, not a huge deal, but we called so I could be reimbursed or get a salad. A lady answered and took down my moms number, and said I could get my free salad anytime through the week. I went Friday to get it, and when I called, a guy said he couldn’t find anything written down for it, and that I would have to purchase everything on the original ticket to get my salad.... $60... for a chef salad...read full review
