Got my takeout order wrong, after we waited over an hour for it when they said 15 minutes on the phone. Had to make a separate trip back just to get the right food. Heard of this happening to other ppl too. Next time I'll go to another pizza king. Beware of albany pizza king!
The food was very good but nothing beat how good of a server we had. Ella Langdon is a very hard worker and got brought our food out quickly. She was very nice to us and I enjoyed her company.
We called to see if they were busy because we had a group of 14. When we got there they had a table set up for us and were so friendly. Our whole experience couldn’t have been any better. Beverly was an awesome waitress and was very attentive. Every staff member we had interaction with were kind and had smiles.
Kid-friendliness: My nephew accidentally spilled his water. We cleaned up what we could and they said no problem about the rest.
