My whole experience was awful! The women in the window commented on my weight, teeth and said I was stupid because I refused to be pulled forward!!!!! The only other time I went to this McDonald's I waited almost 20 minutes for "fast food" so I refused. The women in the window kept saying "but you came back" not because I wanted Mcdonalds but my children did. There is very few places to get a quick bite to eat. They also will not give me the owners phone number so I can make a former complaint. Rest assured I have reached out and exhausted all other options. This women, in my opinion, should be fired for her unnecessary rude attitude.

I stood at the order cash register and they walked by several times. I was there a total of between five and seven minutes. Nobody even looked at me. I am not happy with this place and possibly even McDonald’s because they allow it to happen. I will never sit foot in a McDonald’s restaurant ever again

Something about this location....slower than molasses. We waited at the window with drinks for 5 minutes then a lady comes to window asking us to pull up and wait a about 3 more minutes. This stacking cars in drove through game is STUPID! Stop it now. Get your act together. Hire people. Make the food. Wowser.

They were either under staffed or unprepared. The drive thru was long and slow. We waited in front of the building for our food to be brought out to us just 2 McRib sandwiches and 2 happy meals. They brought out the 2 McRib sandwiches and we waited longer for our 2 happy meals.

Mcdonald's is hitting Miss in the Muncie area. They do pretty good for the lunch and the breakfast, but after it gets dark service just goes to heck in a basket. It's just horrible slowest arm place in town food's not done right. It's just it's not a good place to be. Like I said breakfast and the lunch there Johnny on the spot after the sun goes down. They just act like they just don't care

Once again I spend money and order and one of the employees short me something two times in a row. One time they shorted me a fry, and now out of four sandwiches they shorted me one leaving my mother without a sandwich. I ordered on the kiosks inside and I should not have to go check my bags to make sure that they put everything in my bag. It's their responsibility to check before they tell the customer it's ready. They have been like this for so many years I can remember and it seems no matter who owns it they fail at their duties.

Four people who got there after us had their order taken almost immediately. I try to be patient and understanding, but every other experience here is the same in that they take forever.
