I always spend over $100 everything I get pizza from here. They shorted me a order of breadstix and 5 cheese cups this time. Even asked if all the sauce was in the bag.

Don't expect them to get your order right ever.... ordered the Nashville hot chicken flat and I got a supreme random oddball of peppers, BTW peppers dont even come on this pizza tbh it felt personal.

I have always liked this place. I wonder if they are cutting back some to try to save. I usually get a medium meat lovers pizza and my GF gets a medium supreme. I was really disappointed. There was very little meat as compared to what I usually receive. The cost was just over 50 dollars with the tip for delivery. I am going to try this place one more time to see if it was just a mistake. If this is the new normal, then I will go elsewhere.

Honestly the people were very kind, my order was almost mixed up with a delivery thankfully they noticed while i was there and did correct it. But I should've checked it before I left because I ordered extra sauce on both of my pizzas because they're usually lacking a bit and I swear I got it home and there's JUST enough sauce on there for it to be wet. I'm getting more flavor from the grease of my cheese than there is sauce 🥲 very sad day

Ordered Carryout and my order was double checked and every thing was there. The pizza’s looked like they could’ve been on a commercial. The pizza’s were delicious. Best Pizza Hut experience.

This place is HORRIBLE !!!! We waited 45 minutes for our food and we dined in. The place was empty and dirty. When our food finally arrived it was cold and in to-go boxes. After spending almost $ 60 and they expect a tip 🤣🤣🤣🤣. We will NOT be returning

The consumer has a lot of choices when ordering pizza. Why would I want to talk to an over seas call center? The food was below average. Kitchen staff not wearing gloves and professional atmosphere was lacking.

Two days ago I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and got the completely wrong sandwich. My coworker ordered a melt and got a pizza. Today a coworker ordered a ham sandwich and got the wrong one as well. It's like the staff don't even read the orders and just make whatever. Consistently incorrect.

I will probably never ever order out that Pizza Hut again. I didn’t have enough in my checking account for them to charge me $14 for a delivery fee which is very ridiculous highway robbery so I went ahead and just told him forget it. I wasn’t gonna order a sandwich off of them when they told me I had to pay $14 that’s a bunch of crap, that’s being real greedy !

Our order was supposed to be ready in 20min and we ended up waiting more than a whole HOUR because they gave our pizzas to someone else and had to remake the whole thing. Service could’ve been better since they were rude when they’re the one who made the mistake and I won’t be back again
