This place is HORRIBLE !!!! We waited 45 minutes for our food and we dined in. The place was empty and dirty. When our food finally arrived it was cold and in to-go boxes. After spending almost $ 60 and they expect a tip 🤣🤣🤣🤣. We will NOT be returning

The consumer has a lot of choices when ordering pizza. Why would I want to talk to an over seas call center? The food was below average. Kitchen staff not wearing gloves and professional atmosphere was lacking.

Two days ago I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and got the completely wrong sandwich. My coworker ordered a melt and got a pizza. Today a coworker ordered a ham sandwich and got the wrong one as well. It's like the staff don't even read the orders and just make whatever. Consistently incorrect.

I will probably never ever order out that Pizza Hut again. I didn’t have enough in my checking account for them to charge me $14 for a delivery fee which is very ridiculous highway robbery so I went ahead and just told him forget it. I wasn’t gonna order a sandwich off of them when they told me I had to pay $14 that’s a bunch of crap, that’s being real greedy !

Our order was supposed to be ready in 20min and we ended up waiting more than a whole HOUR because they gave our pizzas to someone else and had to remake the whole thing. Service could’ve been better since they were rude when they’re the one who made the mistake and I won’t be back again

Placed an order a couple weeks ago, upon picking it up they only had half the order done. They claimed that they were closing and they had already turned off the fryer so they didn't make the wings. I said, That's fine if you just refund my money for them. The young lady at the register said done, refunded $15. Still have not recieved the credit to my account. Food here is generally fine, service is often questionable.
The floors were Extremely dirty/sticky, tables were dirty with trash and things left on it, flys all round the building, and the fountain drink machine was leaking. Just all around terrible.

I walked in to Pizza Hut to pick up my pizza that was ready and then the phone rang. Instead of the employee waiting on me first, she went over and answered the phone and it was taking several minutes. I ended up asking the delivery guy that was walking past me if he could get my pizza that was ready, and he did and apologized. When I went to eat the pizza the crust was soggy in the middle. I would have returned it, but the Pizza Hut was over 5 miles away and it was getting late in the evening. So I didn’t take it back. We ended up just eating the outside perimeter of the pizza. I will not be going back there for a while to that Pizza Hut in Alexandria.

The manager, Lee, went above and beyond to fill an order of 16 pizzas. He went in early to make the pizzas so that we could have them at the time we wanted. He was very friendly and helpful.
