I was in there to get two sandwiches at 8:30 they close at 9:00 p.m. the crappy looking blonde headed dude was with attitude / the manager I believe had an attitude as well. I'm sorry you signed up for a job that said 9:00 p.m. is your cutoff time 8:30 people walking in get over it.

The younger blonde dude that was putting on veggies was talking about condoms falling off and cleaned the knife off in the trash can entrance. I was having issues with my card and had to get a different card and the same blonde boy decided he was gonna staple my sandwich bag with 11 staples and when I walked back into the store he threw it down on the counter. Kid definitely needs something done about that behavior not ok.

Ordered online and my first bite I bit into something brown like an almond or something but it was rock hard and it cracked my tooth. What it was is still unknown we took it inside and showed the people working and they just had an attitude over it like they just wasted $15 on a sandwich. We weren't rude at all about it and we didn't ask for a refund we just wanted a new sandwich and to ask them what they thought it could be because honestly it looked like rat poop. Their customer service was horrible they were more concerned about making sure the sandwich was thrown away like we were trying to get over on them or something. I don't even want the new one. If I were you I'd travel however much longer to the next subway and avoid this one at all costs.

My family and I went to Subway for dinner tonight, No recognition that we were there, No greeting... then the first girl you couldn't even see her face between the hat and the mask, the second girl was RUDE!!! Almost all the vegetables were frozen, I asked for different vegetables and the girl was crappy and said this is what she was serving! Then when I got to pay I ask the boy if he liked his job he said NOPE, so I continued to say ohhhh that's why everyone is so unhappy in here! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The boy who rang us up was the friendliest, what happend to Customer Service??? To be honest we will not be returning to Alexandria Subway again!!!

Every employee working in there was SO RUDE. Looked and talked at you like you’re stupid after telling them what you wanted.
People won't believe this but I was just in store. I ordered a meatball sub. I asked for light sauce and just meatballs. The girl working literly put all kinda sauce. I said hun that's not gonna work. This chick proceeded to swipe her finger over the top of bread and tried wiping sauce off with literly her hand. I CANT MAKE THIS UP WOOOOOOOW. I deff do not recommend this place at all. I recommend someone call the health department on them.

I purchased a sandwich today and notice the girl on the register handle cash money, and then helped on the prep of the sandwich. She didn’t change her gloves. Very unsanitary to handle money and then your food. Disappointing not coming back
