We love Salamonie Reservoir and Pirate's Cove Marina. I grew up on this lake and the forest and know the area very well. We moved away and sold our boat but have since moved back. So we rented a pontoon for the day at Pirate's Cove. It was so good to be back on the water. The staff are very friendly and so welcoming and the pontoon ran great. There are a lot of rules to follow, which you should do anyway, but Randy went over them well and we were on our way. I'm so glad that the marina is still here! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

We camp here every summer and rent a pontoon from Pirate's Cove Marina. The owners are very friendly, and clear on instructions and expectations. We have plans to come back with our big family and rent a barge with slide! As another reviewer said, you can tell the staff works hard to keep costs low! Absolutely recommended, and we will keep coming back every year!
