Applebee's Grill + Bar

We ordered burgers well done. Both came out still very pink. Waitress was upset about it and she took them back and had rhem re make them. When we got them they were looking more like smash burger instead of a normal burger and you could tell kitchen was mad they over salted both burgers. Made them nearly impossible to even eat half of it. Waitress was super sweet and made sure everything was going good for us. Best part was her.

Applebee's Management graciously and promptly compensated us for the super bad experience. They contacted us and made it better than right. They deserve to be applauded for their integrity. The whole experience was a first for me in 40 years of dining out. Thank you!

Never again! Went in for Saturday lunch with my wife and daughter. Had 1 hour and half before we'd need to be out the door. Appetizer came, good. Food never came. Everyone else around us had food served long before us even though we'd arrived far earlier. Food never made the table. Had to have them hurry and box it so we could make the game after 1 hour and half. Then, the bill... $68!!!! Two adults and a 10 year old. My daughter had a lemonade, waters for us. So overpriced. Then, the take home... I think there's fries in there? Mini amount. My daughter ordered no broccoli chicken Alfredo. Guess what? Broccoli! We had to eat our very subpar, $68 dollar meals cold and old. No compensation was offered from the server for the purely crappy experience at that time. (See update)

I used to go to Applebee's all the time and loved it then the pandemic happened and haven't really went out since then but we decided to go Sat. are appetizers where nice and hot then we got are food are loaded mashed potatoes where cold and ate steaks where the same and the table was sticky I could see if the place was packed but there was less than 15 groups of people and the place was dead so the food should have been hot when it came out that was 70 bucks down the drain stay away till they get there stuff together again

Stopped in for dinner, hostess was pleasent and polite. Waitress was good as well, gave us the run down of specials and deals. Food was prompt and quick. Over all food was decent and the service was good. We been here a few times and definitely will be back.

Burger was supposed to have sauteed onions, they were raw crispy. Queso was cold , fries didn't seem freshly cooked either... Just disappointed in the quality
.. no need to follow up, I don't want anything in return just stating my disappointment
