Ate here two days in a row and noticed a great deal of inconsistencies in the food for temperature, flavor, and cooking method/doneness. I shared my concerns with the outstanding staff.

My husband and i shared the 2 for $25 and appetizer. We upgraded our entry to grilled chicken with shrimp. The meat was cooked to perfection and we were both pleased with our choice.

Service was a bit slow and waiter was not attentive. After waiting a while food came to the table closer to room temperature

The burger was gross the chicken sandwich was spicy and the brew pub pretzels were really salty but the manager and waitress were great

The food was good. Everything we ordered was correct. Our server only brought out our food and brought the check. No checking on us, no refills, no above and beyond. So I appreciate the great selections and decent atmosphere. But our service was not great

Very surprised, we usually order to go, but decided to eat in. Service was meh, the server wiped down our table, but had to be told to dry it...it was sticky. Half the booths were chairs up, and mopping the floors at 8:30pm produced a chemical odor that just wasn't pleasing for eating dinner. While I get it, mo one wants to eat when there is x strong odor of chemical cleaner...just say'n!

Up charging for 5 onion rings !!! The last time we came, the waitress complained about the lack of food being served !!

I purchased a pick up order from Angola Applebee's. They unfortunately, for me, packed the Bourbon Steak dinner on the bottom. After tipping all the juices all over the paper bag they packed it into. Needless to say, the bag fell apart when carrying it into the house. $50 worth of food, all over the street. I can honestly say, I won't be an Applebee's customer again. Thank you very much

A bit slow. I think they need more help

Although our waitress did everything she could to make our experience better, there was no saving the food that was coming out of the kitchen. Burgers came out raw when we asked well done. Upon remaking our food, we watched the cook walk from the bathroom to the kitchen while picking his nose… we were just visiting, and all though a much appreciated attempt at making it right was initiated by the staff, I don’t think this will be on our list of stops in the foreseeable future

Tried going back after an experience last year being very slow, give it another try. Well hasn’t improved and after a 45 minute wait my food came out COLD and my husband wasn’t right, ended up paying $25 for a burger and a pop. NEVER again will step foot in this establishment. Very cold, lucky I had a coat on, an individual had to go out and get his wife a blanket from there car. Poor management.

They almost always get our order wrong and the portions for ordering out are always smaller than at the restaurant.

Staff overall are pretty well, & attentive. However, both times Ive visited twice now and food was sub par. Only reason im rating it a 2 is the staff and it was close to closing. Food quality shouldn’t suffer even if you walk in 1 minute before close. Time for somebody to restructure their staff on standards.
