I frequented this place when we lived in Angola. Almost everyday. I loved the half price lattes. Very comfortable place for me to go in and work. Staff was friendly. It was my first experience with a Biggby. I came to another Biggby today and the difference was drastic. So I wanted to make sure I rated this one .
Drinks are good. Service is so-so. At this location they always request a tip - before you even receive your food or drink? If you do not tip, then they will passively-aggressively hand you a very sloppily made $8 coffee drink. Coffee running down the side and sticky. No napkins. I will not be returning to this location. Ever.
