I always forget how much this place sucks. The good news for here is that my memory is bad. So, I’ll forget it sucks a year from now and try it again. To be fair, almost ever Buffalo Wild Wings sucks. This place is just so slow.

Ordered online at 7:47pm. Initially told order would be ready in 20 minutes then changed to 8:20pm. When inside I pushed button for service and was told our order was almost ready. 2 others were waiting. Carry out server went to check order and after about 10 minutes another person who had placed an order came in and was waiting for service. No one answered her call. A few more minutes and another person came in and placed order to go. It seems we were all told shorter wait times and ended up waiting an hour. This is not the first time this happened. Hell, it's not even the third. They always seem to have an excuse of short staff or new cook, etc. 8:45pm we got our order. Fries and wings were cold but at least this time everything was present... We've tried dining in too but haven't had much different service. We won't be back.

We love eating at this location, but our experience tonight made me want to share this review. The team was down a few servers, and they were packed tonight. Almost every table full and two large groups. But our server, Billie, stayed on top of it and kept communicating with us during the waits. Food was delicious, service was professional and friendly, and we were 100% satisfied with our visit. Highly recommend this location.

Good wings with the buffalo dry rub. Only problem was that they were out of tortillas for a wrap my wife wanted to get, so she had to have a sandwich instead. Waitress did her job well.

Food was great but the service was terrible it took them 2 hours to get us food or drinks and they ignored us the entire wait period we had a college senior get together of about 10 people including a professor and were the only table in the restaurant and they ignored us never checked on how we were doing we had to get our own cutlery and napkins. Never saw a manager until we had to complain to fix 2 checks it took them 3 hours into being there and it took 1 hour once we asked for the checks to get them. The bar tender didn’t serve at our table which fair if she’d had customers but she didn’t and so my second drink got made after 30 minutes of waiting and then sat behind the bar till all the ice had melted and the check had finally come. Servers were leaning on all surfaces and or on their phones I saw the manager on his phone once he finally appeared. It then took another hour for one check for one person to get fixed and two guys to get their change. Over all a terrible experience and if this was my first time having bad service at this restaurant I’d let it go but this is the 20th time I’ve been with terrible service in my 4 year college career in this town all in all I don’t know what is going on there but they clearly don’t train employees or managers and don’t know how to run a restaurant. Placed an online order hours earlier for 4 pm today 12/05/24. Roads caused me to be about 5 minutes late. At 4:15 I'm STILL waiting for my order. No cashier, no bell and 3 women doing nothing behind the bar. (They clearly saw me but don't offer to help to me OR the 2 other people in line) Then they forgot 7 dips that I paid extra for. When I complained to bartender she stated they only had one cashier. I didn't need a cashier! It was a prepaid online order. More waiting... 20 minutes later, I walk out. 15 minutes home in an insulated tote and order is wrong, cold & rubbery! Was supposed to be 20 mild, 10 parm garlic. It was 15/15.

Just a suggestion....when someone orders a carryout order with multiple Sauces, it would be great if the Sauces were marked. Maybe put the stickers on them that are used in the restaurant? I had placed an order and had no clue what the 12 Sauces that came with the 3 bundles were.
