Placed an online order hours earlier for 4 pm today 12/05/24. Roads caused me to be about 5 minutes late. At 4:15 I'm STILL waiting for my order. No cashier, no bell and 3 women doing nothing behind the bar. (They clearly saw me but don't offer to help to me OR the 2 other people in line) Then they forgot 7 dips that I paid extra for. When I complained to bartender she stated they only had one cashier. I didn't need a cashier! It was a prepaid online order. More waiting... 20 minutes later, I walk out. 15 minutes home in an insulated tote and order is wrong, cold & rubbery! Was supposed to be 20 mild, 10 parm garlic. It was 15/15.

Just a suggestion....when someone orders a carryout order with multiple Sauces, it would be great if the Sauces were marked. Maybe put the stickers on them that are used in the restaurant? I had placed an order and had no clue what the 12 Sauces that came with the 3 bundles were.

Shitty shitty service. Placed an order for pickup at 6:20 and still no food by 6:50! Finally got someone to check again and couldn’t find our order. Others in line having the same issue as well. No one willing to help resolve the issue and just blowing us off. Still trying to get a refund which absolutely crap.

There were dirty tables everywhere. No one was there to seat you. The employees walked around like they didn't know what to do. I asked about the dirty tables and she stated they had been busy. My food was gross. You can tell they need to change the oil with the tater tots.

I ordered garlic Parmesan on the side for one order and for my order I ordered garlic Parmesan on my order. Didn’t get any garlic Parmesan for any order. The chicken was rock hard. Extremely disappointed. $$$$ down the drain. Plus we’re ordered boneless wings. They have us popcorn chicken

Ordered wings and there were only 3 that didn't have fathers still on them called the restaurant and got told that there cooks are very good and don't cook food like that oh really!!!??? Manager was beyond rude and disrespectful. .Well picture to prove still has feathers!!?? Ok how the hell do your cooks not see damn feathers on the skin before cooking it .??? Will no longer give this restaurant my money . Extremely disappointed!! In the staff and food .... this buisness has went down hill ...

How early do you need to order for take out. Two nights in a row I've ordered at 5 for a 7pm pick up and both nights the food was not ready. Night 1, food finally ready at 715. Night 2, still waiting at 720.
