I understand being busy but it wasn’t that busy. It was Halloween 2025. My husband, daughter and I came in(dine in). Was greeted with a smile(thank you). Don’t wait to long before getting our seat. The waiter had to have been new. He seemed like he was rushing the whole time. When we wanted our check(I asked to have it split to which he didn’t even ask us if we wanted to in the first place). He struggled with it. Gave my daughter hers and then I got mine. I noticed mine had charges that I didn’t have… Food to be exact…. I told him AFTER he charged me that it was wrong. Management stepped in and “fixed” the problem. Well… I was still OVER CHARGED(after my $6 was put back into my bank account) and so was my daughter… I’d like to know what the management plans on doing.

How do you give 10 stars for the food?? Had 1/2 order of stuffed shells ,breadstick, 1/2 cannelloni only regret is I would have been too full for a full order but flavor wise would have tried

I hate writing this. Carusos has been awesome for years. But it has changed and not for the better. We waited for over an hour for our food. Once we got it - the veal Marsala was burnt to a crisp - not even close to edible. Took a bite and sent it back. After waiting so long we didn’t ask for a replacement. Our sweet waitress said it would come off the bill - but instead they subtracted $10 from a $25 meal because “the broccoli side was edible” - excuse me? The lasagna was maybe average at best and had obviously been reheated. Salads are good, breadsticks were blah. Sad to say -after years of always trying to “support local” we won’t be going back…

I wish these sorts of Italian restaurants would bite the bullet and finally update their 1930’s menu. The only places you can find these meals in Italy is tourist traps. Real Italian restaurant owners have continued to evolve their menus, you should too.

Disappointed. I ordered my favorite Dinner size salad - The Lori Chicken Ceasar Salad and the only thing fresh was the romaine. The grilled chicken was prepared ahead of time because it was dried out, over cooked and fresh out of a cold refrigerator. It's alway been freshly grilled, warm-hot and moist. Same for the broiled/baked parmesan topped pasta that is placed a-top the salad. We ordered the meatballs, they too were COLD. The marinara sauce wasn't hot either. The breadsticks were also cold. I understand preparing things ahead of time for faster service but not when it affects the quality of the food. Service was awesome, Having dinner with a friend and catching up was awesome, but the food - Poor poor poor. In past, their food has been very good. It's possible they just had low staff and had to prep ahead. 1 bad visit doesn't make a restaurant bad. But it needs to be addressed so that they strive to be great!

We got there at 7:30. The place doesn't close till 8 o'clock. But they had a cut down menu already of just pizza torpedos and subs. We ordered 2 medium pizzas, two salad, a glass of wine, and some bread sticks. The bill came to a hundred and nine dollars! HIGHWAY ROBBERY! WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!

First time here. The stuffed shells ricotta cheese was like milk and the marinara was gritty. My mother had the Alfredo and she said the sauce was gritty also.
