We were not greeted at all upon entry, no eye contact at all. Had to stop the bartender from talking to other people so we could ask where the bathroom was and the fella gave a very snotty and vague response. I walked into a store room of some kind since he didn’t make to location known. Never even got a beer because he didn’t acknowledge us after i came back from the bathroom…. Terrible experience. Today is May 26th, 2022. Whoever the employee behind the bar is today needs to be kept away from the customers permanently.

Weird place that looked totally closed if not for the neon “open” sign. We were the only customers when we walked in. Bartender acted like he was irritated we were there and kept repeating that they didn’t have food as if he was trying to convince us to leave (we knew this before we came). He acted annoyed we asked questions about the beer. Arrogant and condescending. Beers were nothing to write home about.

My 3rd review of Chapman's in Angola. My reviews have gone from terrible to awesome and now??? Back to terrible! And it has nothing to do with their beer. They have great beer!! I love the brews! This is based solely on the cleanliness of the business! They have not dusted anything in what looks to be weeks! Evidently so many people visit and wash their hands that not one but TWO trash cans were full in the men's restroom. Apparently there is no Windex to clean the mirrors in the city of Angola. The brown pads on the 2 Swiffer mops are obviously keeping this place spotless! On....and on...and on. Too bad because, like I said, the beers are good!
