We had to wait 30 minutes for our food today, and of course it was the one time a group of 20 had just sat down. Luckily the large group were long gone by the time our food finally arrived. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great, we just waited a long time to get it.
When it's good it's fantastic but there is a huge problem with forgetting to put more than a single napkin or any silverware in the bags when you order things like chili cheese fries.
I eat Culvers probably once a week and it’s always consistently good. Never had an off day or a mistake they didn’t fix immediately. Today I am dropping a review because Eboni is an absolute vibe. 5 Star interaction, needs to be employee of the month YESTERDAY.
