Rob i think his name was, he’s the district manager. our card kept declining for some reason so we ended up canceling the order.. he ended up comping our meals and gave to us for free. absolutely made our day, i appreciated that so much! thank you rob! i hope you have a great day!!

Ordered our food from their website. They did prepare the order fairly well. Only made on mistake on the order. They were busy when we had our made. Was picked up thru drive thru and very little interaction with staff for the time we were there. But over all was a nice quick visit, will return for other visits.
I waited in line for 15 minutes to get to check out for them to tell me I can't use my rewards coupon, had to leave. Managers were really rude, said it wasn't their fault first shift didn't leave out any signs.

We waited at a table, for our order. They brought 2 out of 3 of our meals. Then after they brought the 3rd one, they forgot...we had to return to the counter & wait for the small cone, they also forgot! By the time "Mom" returned, her food, she had already waited for, was cold! ??♀️
