Went to place an order of 2 large pizzas at 5pm they told me 15 to 20 minutes came back and were not ready. so went to menards came back and after 40 minutes since i placed the order. they still had not started it. they were rude at me.

I love Domino's the one closer to me shut its door 20 years ago and we haven't had one since now I'll order it before I leave work and by the time I get it home it's still hot

This Domino's location is fantastic! I mainly use their app which is very handy, and I have never had a complaint in the years I've been going. Great food, great staff, highly recommend.
Usually real good. Don't know what happened on this last order. Crust was all doughy and not crisp. Wouldn't crisp even trying to cook it more in the oven. Stayed soggy!

Manager is supposedly the son of the franchise owner and is the absolute most unprofessional rude person ever to the extent that he tells customers they are wrong, that pizza being uncooked and doughy is the customers fault and even telling people his daddy is the owner and that he can do what he wants then hanging up on
