I have been coming to the Angola Five Lakes location for about a year now. I truly love it, it is my chosen coffee joint. The coffee is good, staff is friendly, it’s normally quick service. BUT this new thing where they give you the credit card machine out the drive through window is not cool. It was never done before, and while I definitely don’t know the reason it was started, it seems like a grab for tips. But my biggest issue is that it’s a germ factory. There is no...
Was loving this place. Always had good service until recently. I have always left tips for the staff. Until they started shoving the credit card reader out of the drive through window asking for tips. If you put that machine out the window and ask me to leave a tip, you will not get one. It’s cringe and makes me feel uncomfortable.
The coffee is good, the staff is better! I'm very picky with my coffee, there is really only one coffee shop I've ever been to that gets a full 5 stars from me (Les Cheneaux Coffee Roasters in Cedarville, MI - if you are in the upper peninsula, check them out!)
Anyway every time I go here, the staff is awesome (and they put up with me not knowing what I want). I'm a lifetime customer as long as I am traveling to Angola for work!
