I always ask for leave it at the door!! and every time they knock until I answer..I mean it's wonderful delivery ppl but when someone asks me special instructions and I put leave at door that's what i mean..good job tho!! very polite delivery ppl!!

Two weeks ago I Stopped in to order a pizza for delivery. I ordered a Square pizza with three toppings, the girl took my order and verified it afterward. 30 mins later I receive a Round pizza with Two toppings.. Ok mistakes happen right? So I stop in again earlier today and order the same things, the girl verified my address and my order so I paid and left, waiting for my delivery. TWO HOURS LATER I CALL UP TO THE STORE AND THEY SAY THEY ALREADY DELIVERED MY PIZZA!!! BUT I DIDN'T HAVE A PIZZA. THEY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS...I honestly don't know how this place continues to stay in business?

I was expecting to have some good pizza cause I remember this place being super great but I was disappointed because my Howie bread was burned to a crisp and my pizza was undercooked they also gave me one of my pizza sauces with a hole in it and the icing on the cake was the rude greeter at the desk :/.

Ordered to have pick. Got there they said it was in oven. It wasn't they made my order 5 minutes after that. Waited instore 30 minutes after my pickup time for my order. Was lied to about reimbursement as well. It never happened. This place is a joke.

I placed an online order and did not realize it was closer to closing time than i expected. I would have most definitely not expected the order to be processed, to which I apologized for when the manager Zach called me and told me how terrible it was that I placed an order that late and told me I needed to learn to read hours of operations and then proceeded to get loud and tell me how inconsiderate that was for me to do. So when I went in to pick my order up, Zach hid behind the prep table when I asked the kid at the counter (not sure of his name, but he was a really sweet kid) who the general manager was and told him I was not impressed being treated that way by a manager for spending money at their establishment. Zach should not be allowed to be the face for that business nor should he be working with the public if he does not want people to do business there. Extremely unprofessional and rude. And to top that off, my order was wrong and not even completely cooked! Spent $63 for that...
Paid $40 for 2 pizzas one was amazing and the pepperoni and extra cheese was absolutely terrible with only half the pizza with a few pepperonis on it

The mangers /ownerr are beyond rude cussed my old grandmother out beyond rude I worked for them they treat u like a lil kid with harky any pay worthless place and if u really wnana know they don’t even wash their stuff nasty asf
