I asked if I could cut my giant sub into quarters
“Sorry, we can only cut it in half”

You can only cut a giant baguette in half or not at all? Come on. That’s very silly.

I ordered online hours ahead of time to be delivered, and they didn't show up for over an hour after the time I selected. So lunch break was over by the time they got there. Also I ordered food to be picked up, it wasn't ready when I got there, no one acknowledged me the whole 10 minutes of me standing there, and they saw me. Understaffed, no customer service skills whatsoever and not freaky fast at all.

Ordered chicken bacon ranch sub with customization (no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no mayo) showed the customization until I pressed submit. Since my receipt doesn't say it the store won't take care of it, even though they know it's an ongoing problem. And they are aware that this is happening. Very disappointing after spending $13 for a sandwich I can't even eat. I stopped eating there before I guess it's time to stop again. It's a shame because I decided to try to eat it again.

And they are aware that this is happening and said they couldnt do anything since it was ordered from the app. Very disappointing after spending $13 for a sandwich I can't even eat. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and go elsewhere.

We always enjoy our orders from Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are made quickly and with fresh ingredients. We order on a fairly regular basis and never have had any issues. Today was the first time there was a mistake with my order and Carver was immediately extremely polite and helpful. I am someone that values excellent customer service and think it needs to be recognized when you receive it! Kudos to Carver!

2 wrap combos cost 35.00. WAY over priced for the food we got.
Kickin ranch sub had no peppers and probably one onion and was mostly filled with lettuce. No extra sauce like we ordered. Potato salad was very bland.
Chicken Caesar wrap did not have extra dressing and was again full of lettuce and no parm cheese. Pesto bowtie salad was the grossed thing I've ever tasted.
The best thing about the whole meal was the bottled diet coke.
We will not recommend to anyone. In fact opposite, we will tell people to stay away.

Good service but $18 for a basic turkey, lettuce, tomato 16 inch???? I could've gotten a steak dinner for that much money wtf? The young lady asked me if I wanted to add Prevelone Cheese to it I said yes but I didn't know it was gonna be a $3 upcharge for 3 pieces of cheese cut in half ☹️ I'm not a cheap person but that's not worth $18..... I won't be back.

One star review only because I can only give one and not zero. One of the worst tasting sandwiches I’ve had from JJ’s and probably one of my least favorite experiences in a JJ’s I’ve had ever. If a corporate audit happened at this store with the sole intent of not letting the franchise know they were coming it would land somewhere in the 60% or less. The first thing I see is a girl with baggy pajama pants with a completely oversized non JJ’s branded hooded sweatshirt. Her hair hanging all over and covering her face. She is mopping the floor and then walking through the area she is trying to clean while dragging her baggy pajama pants through the wet floor under her shoes. All the while nose to her phone texting. No one in this store is following what would be even slightly considered in dress code. The store smelled of mold and was very dirty, sticky floors a weird smell and dirty tables. What happened to the corporate oversight. I know JJ’s used to have a somewhat strict dress codes or at least they did and it was to avoid this situation from happening. JJ’s branded in store shirt, black or khaki pants/shorts, socks that at least cover your ankle bone with not crazy colored shoes (brand colors,) JJ’s branded hat/visor no hoodies or long sleeve shirts unless they were compression fit white or black undershirt, or it was winter and you were either a driver (which when you returned to the store you would have to take off you hoodie and winter beanie for regular hat,) or unless you were working the drive through window. I managed 4 locations in the Phoenix area and never would have left my stores with anything close to this in fear I would loose my job and my stores franchise owners would loose their store or the would be put on probation/suspension. What happened to the corporate oversight. I’m embarrassed/ashamed of this JJ’s location. JJ’s took care of me and helped me through college and fed me while I was a broke student. That’s why I worked my hardest and always held my stores to the highest expectations. My franchise owners were like family and offered me a lactation and GM position when I was graduating and they knew I was moving on in my life. I would never sham them like these employees. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked through the door. A real let down. I haven’t eaten at a JJ’s for over 2 years after a delivery from a Maumee, Ohio store took over an hour to deliver a lunch when I worked a 1/2 mile away and they brought the wrong sandwich and forgot my drink. I might give JJ’s another chance if a few years or until under preforming stores are actually getting fixed. I’m truly disappointed and upset really to be honest.
