I come from a generation that understands hard work and what it means to stand on the other side of a fast-food counter. That’s why this experience was so disappointing.
My order was supposed to be ready at 5:00 p.m. so I could be home before my husband returned from work. I arrived at 5:02 with my daughter, expecting to simply pick up my food and leave. Instead, I walked in and saw my order sitting on the back counter, already paid for and getting cold. Despite trying multiple times to get someone’s attention, no one acknowledged us. Meanwhile, car after car was being served through the drive-thru, while we continued to be ignored. I finally was able to leave with my PAID for and made order at 5:25
Something needs to change in your restaurants if you expect KFC to succeed with today’s customers. I have already stopped going to the Bryan KFC, and after this visit, I feel it may be my last time coming to yours as well.
I don’t know how you plan to regain what has been lost, but it’s clear that genuine customer service and connection with people are badly missing. Until that changes, no coupon or free meal will fix the problem.

There's one guy, Brandon, when he runs the drive through that is extremely rude. Rushes you, huffs if you need a minute. We have left the drive through without ordering many times due to this person. The chicken is hit or miss, especially the bowls. We go to coldwater over this location .

I give KFC in general one star, I placed my order in the app, was charged twice. When I got to restaurant they never received my order. Was on the phone with corporate for a half hour for them to say there is nothing they can do. Got my bank to remove the charges and 10 minutes later the restaurant got my order.

HORRIBLE!! The chicken was dry AND SOME PIECES WERE DOWNRIGHT BRITTLE!! I've never been so disgusted. Was seriously looking forward to a tasty dinner...not from this KFC! I don't understand why anyone would even think a customer would be pleased with the quality of the chicken they personally put into that bucket. THEY HAD TO HAVE SEEN HOW OLD AND DRIED OUT IT WAS!! Best advise: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I'll be returning tomorrow for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!

In my 59 yrs , I have never in my life have had such a horrible experience with a restaurant before until I walked into Angolas, KFC. Holy cow y'all. This place definitely needs to be looked into. To that cook that works days, I'm sorry those very immature, unprofessional, so called co workers treated you like that. You were doing a fine job taking my order because they were MIA, until that young girl and big man , kept interrupting you and like you said , they stepped on your toes. You were 💯 in the right and I hope you seek a better job and are treated with respect. I will be submitting a complaint with their corporate office. The bad reviews for this particular KFC are spot on.

I have tried to get a ten peace bucket several times tonight at 6:46 pm I pulled up to the drive threw and asked for a ten peace all white meat they said it again 45 minutes to a hour we don’t have chicken they pissed me off I asked if they event make chicken there this is the third time I will never spend a penny in Angola KFC it’s a dumpster the place need closed and new management they have no customer service at all rude employees went down the street got chicken in 15 minutes hot fresh KFC doesn’t even get any stars from me and will never get my business

Dis appointment they pissed me off and I asked do you event make chicken there and left went down the street and got my chicken in15min hot and fresh you have no business opening!!!! The Angola KFC there was no one there when I arrived, I ordered an 8 pc usually u get a mix and match of white and dark meat they said if you want dark meat it’ll be a 20 min wait. I’m like it’s 5 why wouldn’t you already have it made for the crowd no response. I said well take the all white then after we get home there were no legs in there at all. I wonder what these ppl do when there super busy! Take pride in your work! So we won’t be returning

Brandon the GM is rude to customers. I witnessed him yelling at a few customers because KFC got their order wrong. It was very unprofessional and ghetto. I will never be going back to that KFC

Wow, all we can really say is wow. We got a 16 piece meal and a pot pie. Pot pie was really good but as for the 16 pieces of chicken, well let's just look at the pictures. First and foremost they didn't have a stitch of white meat, just dark, okay we can live with that, then we get home to feed our family and OMG it was awful!
