In my 59 yrs , I have never in my life have had such a horrible experience with a restaurant before until I walked into Angolas, KFC. Holy cow y'all. This place definitely needs to be looked into. To that cook that works days, I'm sorry those very immature, unprofessional, so called co workers treated you like that. You were doing a fine job taking my order because they were MIA, until that young girl and big man , kept interrupting you and like you said , they stepped on your toes. You were 💯 in the right and I hope you seek a better job and are treated with respect. I will be submitting a complaint with their corporate office. The bad reviews for this particular KFC are spot on.

I have tried to get a ten peace bucket several times tonight at 6:46 pm I pulled up to the drive threw and asked for a ten peace all white meat they said it again 45 minutes to a hour we don’t have chicken they pissed me off I asked if they event make chicken there this is the third time I will never spend a penny in Angola KFC it’s a dumpster the place need closed and new management they have no customer service at all rude employees went down the street got chicken in 15 minutes hot fresh KFC doesn’t even get any stars from me and will never get my business

The Angola KFC there was no one there when I arrived, I ordered an 8 pc usually u get a mix and match of white and dark meat they said if you want dark meat it’ll be a 20 min wait. I’m like it’s 5 why wouldn’t you already have it made for the crowd no response. I said well take the all white then after we get home there were no legs in there at all. I wonder what these ppl do when there super busy! Take pride in your work! So we won’t be returning

Dirty, slow substitute what you order for whatever they have without asking. Never have chicken ready after 6pm

Brandon the GM is rude to customers. I witnessed him yelling at a few customers because KFC got their order wrong. It was very unprofessional and ghetto. I will never be going back to that KFC

Wow, all we can really say is wow. We got a 16 piece meal and a pot pie. Pot pie was really good but as for the 16 pieces of chicken, well let's just look at the pictures. First and foremost they didn't have a stitch of white meat, just dark, okay we can live with that, then we get home to feed our family and OMG it was awful!

Kinda long wait, But the food was good ? , staff was friendly.
Parking: It's on the main road. So it's hard to get in and out . Especially on exiting if you want to go south (Left)
If they don't like you or more specifically the way you look they will be extra condescending and rude. As if you are wasting their time and you have no business being in the restaurant. (This is coming from a white person, so it's not about race or ethnicity). They'll give you the worst pieces of chicken. Otherwise it's typical KFC chicken. You might get different prices for the same order on different days depending on who is working and what mood they are in. I refuse to eat the food at this establishment. I have noticed that they treat certain college kids like royalty.

Never in my life have I been yelled at by someone at a drive-thru until going through this one the other day I got told that they were behind and to be patient and they get to me when they can so I politely said okay do you have an idea of how long and he got very rude with me and screamed however long it takes. So I went to pull away and he was still talking rude I just ignored it. so I just pulled away without ordering we could use some new management up here... Went in today and the guy was literally sighing and cutting me off while ordering. Being super rude.. like for real if you hate your job that much go find a different one.... Sorry for the rant but it's literally like this every time I go here either I don't get food because they're super behind even though there's only one car there or they literally just yell at you through the drive-thru
