The kiosk was out of receipt paper so the counter help said she would take our order. Fast and efficient. She also helped the next set of customers. She was extremely busy and multitasking. Two male employees were standing at the register with phone and talking to one another about what appeared to be software. Inside was very slow but drive up was busy. A gentleman came in to place an order, the female employee wasn't out front but neither nale employee offered to help the...
Stopped for a quick bite. The ice machine was down. Handed me a coke that was warm and flat. Seemed like it had been sitting there for a while. Staff was friendly and courteous, though.
We went inside to eat. The floors were slippery (almost in the greasy kind of way), and the highchairs had crumbs in them, but the tables and restrooms were clean. Food was as expected. The only napkin dispenser for the dining area was empty, so I had to ask for some and had difficulty getting anyone's attention bc they were getting out orders to the drive thru.
