I went through the drive thro here and ordered my food. First off the guy was rude that took my order. Didn't repeat it back to me so I was missing stuff I told the lady at the front windows and she got really mouthy with me and my husband so I went in to order the rest of my food. That lady that was really rude to us was talking shit about me to the manager right in front of me the manager Chris didn't even do anything she was letting her talk badly about us. I will never come to this mcdonald's again this is the second time yall treated your customers like trash. My first time I had someone open the window and spit right in front of my window. I don't recommend this mcdonald's.

Poor cashiers first day and no manager helping her. Items out of stock? You can't get items from another store? Cashier Billie was great. Female manager comes out from bathroom. Doesn't smile or acknowledge any guests. Really going downhill. Sad to see in a small town.

It is one of the slowest restaurants in town. They are consistently incorrect with orders and refuse to fix anything. They didn't hand out a receipt to my husband. Therefore, when we went there to get our missing item, they refused to fix the issue. This is obviously a recurring issue considering many others have experienced the same situation. I understand people are hard up for help right now, but it is still not a reason to neglect customer service. Awful. I also usually have issues with mobile orders. You can't tell me the mobile orders come in after the cars that pull in the drive through order, causing me to sit in the parking lot for an upwards of 20 minutes each time, if not more. The lobby is also always locked, so customers can not even go in, therefore waiting another 20 minutes in the drive-through for the order to even be completed. This restaurant has been awful for a very long time.

States lobby is open till 11pm. Rude workers just laughed when we tried to open the door at 10:22pm and it was locked. We saw others use the other side to get in and so went around and go inside just for an old lady to yell back to the kitchen workers isn’t the door supposed to be locked how do people keep getting in?! No one said anything so we asked if we could order and someone replied not in here lobby’s closed. We just left and we won’t be back it’s always something there. Rude unhappy people !

Came thru during breakfast time. Went thru drive thru. Crew was pleasent as could be during a busy time for them. Food was good, not amazing but good. Better then other locations, which tends to be a plus. But over all enjoyed the time and service here.
