Waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minThen was given the wrong order. I went back inside and the manager told me to go back to my car and find my receipt. I just left with the wrong order. They already wasted enough of my time. I worked all day and I am exhausted.She could have just went to the drive thru register and pulled up my order. But she didn't want to walk back there. Unbelievable!!

The lady that was handing us our order was a real jerk. I talked to the manager amd he didn't seem to care how she acted it's sad these people want 15$ per hour but can't read directions then act rude and nasty when you try to tell them they messed up.

It's McDonald's, what do you expect?At least this location is typically better than the other location on the edge of Fremont, which is a plus.They even fix the occasional mistake quite well, so that's bonus points.But anyway, easy 5 star from me, this location does things and it does those things very well.

Most of the time orders are accurate. However, staff frequently just reach hands out the window without a greeting or saying anything at all.
I should of checked my order before we left but my wife is getting radiation for cancer so I was in a hurry...the guy in front on me checked his order and it must of been wrong because he handed it back to them and pulled forward...I ordered 3 things and they were perfect as in all wrong...the recipe was right but that's it...maybe they should check before handing out bags

It is always dirty floor is sticky and food on it people are nice but need more staff. Food was salty French fries where not. The dr pepper was watered-down and had an off tasteParking: Not a lot of parking and when it gets busy good luck finding a spotWheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair ramp but no butten so some people will struggle

I don't know how many times I've come in, ordered a frappe and proceeded to wait 10 minutes, often it's already made and just sitting on the counter waiting for someone to hand it to me. It's really frustrating. Im also unhappy with the price changes. A shot of espresso should not be $1. The last 2 times I've ordered food, the fries were so salty I could barely eat them.
