This is a pretty good location. A mostly young staff that seems to be on task, courteous, and doing good work.Food is fresh and warm, and the place is very clean.Nice during the summer months when they have the open-air seating available.App orders seem to get handled very slowly here.

me and my grandson went on a Saturday. I think we must have been the first customers in there because the food was not hot, not even warm and it looked like it was from last night which I'm not knocking that but they could have heated it up and started a little bit and it wouldn't have been so dry and bad I won't go there again. me and my grandson had a terrible lunch

Every time I go in there.And ask for Tofu, They always give me some lame excuse why they cannot make anymore. And it doesn't really matter. What time of day or evening I go in there? But they always give me an excuse why they cannot serve tofu.I feel that if it's on the menu. They need to have it there to serve it.So when I ask very politely. If there's any way that they can grill awesome, they absolutely turn me down every time. I have already gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I will be calling corporate.

GM didn't want me calling corporate after last night. I got verbally chewed out for being concerned...Didn't apologize or offered any remedy. Get your burrito elsewhere.. the next to cup or lid you use prolly fell on the floor.

Im sad!!! Avoid this place!!!! Bad staff so rude. Wearing sunglasses don't say a word rude as can be.Oh my as we sat and ate it just got worse around here. The soda machine stopped working so they continued to sell drinks to everyone in line. Didn't say anything to anyone. Not a single one of they 8+ people here know what to do. No ice. Half the employees are in the dining area. Leaving the two that act like it's their first day alone. Oh but they had plenty of time to get starbucks delivered to them.What a joke!
