GREAT SERVICE!!!! I ordered carryout and when I got back to work I found it was a meat lovers pasta, when I ordered a veggie lovers. They went above and beyond and delivered me the correct pasta without me even asking!!!
I've waited for an hour for my carry out order. The girl on the phone, was clueless. Was hung up on, and had to call manager, he gave us credit for our order, but this definitely should not happen. We frequent this establishment, and never been treated this way.
Everything was pretty good until the waitress gave our credit card to some one else. So we waited and waited. Finally the other waitress caught it . Seemed pretty unconcerned about it. I was we not very happy about it.
