awful service. waiting over two hours for my pizza, they called telling me that their driver tried to get ahold of me but had the wrong phone number. waited another 30 minutes, didn’t hear anything. i called back to be told they were not delivering my order because they were out there twice already but at the wrong location and tried calling the wrong phone number. tried ordering again but they refused for something not at my fault. wouldn’t even answer my second call when i tried reordering for pick up instead. the rudest workers.
I came in for lunch. Signs everywhere saying wait to be seated. Was asked if I was dining in at which I said yes. Was told to seat myself. Then I overheard one worker complain how they wished people would stop coming in because they have stuff to do. So before I sat down I left and posted this in the parking lot.

We ordered a large cheese. I’d give it a solid 3/10 They cut it all mini squared, dough is a weird dough, it just wasn’t good. Edible. But not good. Cheese bread is literally bread with melted cheese. It was a one time order for us.

Didn't get to try the food unfortunately. Came in with a party of 9 and the lady working made a rude face and we said we don't mind having different tables replied with "Fine". Sat down for 15 minutes without being served waters or anything. I understand being short staffed. It's simple, you just explain to your guests that you're behind, be patient and I'll get your drinks and food as soon as I can. Do better.
