Scoops has plenty of choices for ice cream, some flavors I have not seen before. For kids Superman ice cream is always a popular choice. Inside and outside seating is available. Be warned, a child size is a lot of ice cream. Pricing is very reasonable!
The place was packed with one person working but she was doing great. I asked a question expecting a quick response based on the number of people that were in line. But she was great and took time to explain and answer my question. The ice cream was good, waffle cone was ok. I will definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area.

Was up there today. Quiet when I walked in but that will change soon enough. They so many different ice creams to choose, plus they kids ice cream, in which I was told the kids run to. And, so do the adults.
