I was using the app and the app messed up and my order never went through but took out of my bank and the worker called the manager and had her look to see if my name was there with my order and it wasn't. I had her ask her manager to see if I can get my two subs that was meals for free because the app messed up and I was told no and all they could offer was a free coupon for a free 6 in and I explain to her that mine was 2 foot longs that was meals with the discount that was offer in the app. not vary happy with this store normally have good experience here but not today.

My family came into this subway at 10:35 pm (they close at 11pm) the guy that made our order acted very annoyed and put out. When he cut my sub in half most of the vegetables came out of the sub, instead of putting them back into the sub he threw it all away. I lost pretty much all the vegetables and most of the avocado. This subway used to be a really good one. Sad to see it going downhill.

The staff here is fantastic, my order is always made accordingly, tastes and looks amazing! This girl there was shorter than the rest of them didn’t quite get her name but she was awesome really knows how to make a sub! She was very friendly and kept a smile the whole was through. She looks exhausted but she definitely didn’t let me think that. She asked me about rewards at the end and she sold me I signed up! 100/10 recommend this place for everyone. Best food subway I’ve seen in awhile. Can’t wait to come back later this week!

I'd like to take a moment to address the recent review left by Derek Smith. First and foremost, any buisness has the right to refuse service to anyone. PERIOD!!! I used to be Laurie's boss, and she was an excellent employee. And had I been in her posistion I would have refused to wait on someone who abuses animals as well. Derek, your personal feelings towards one individual is no reason to leave a bad review towards a buisness. Had you done better at raising a decent human being, the situation could have been avoided.
Always a good atmosphere when going in there, welcomed with smiles and friendly faces! Laurie is a wonderful person, and always go above and beyond for anybody! I'd recommend her 100 times! ?
