Today we ate at what we believe was the worst Taco Bell we have ever had. We waiting for 30 minutes for our food when there was only one person ahead of us in the dining room. When we received the food, it was cold and undercooked.

Raymond was our cashier late last night and his customer service was top notch. He was enthusiastic and entertaining while taking our order and greeted us with a smile once we reached the pick up window .
