Superb meal at Waterfront Bistro! As a French cooking enthusiast from Lyon, the world capital of gastronomy, I must say this bistro blew us away.
The ingredients are of excellent quality, fresh and flavorful, worthy of the finest restaurants. The cooking is admirably mastered – each dish perfectly executed, with a precision that would delight any Michelin-starred chef.
The service is excellent: attentive, professional, and warm, never intrusive.
A true gem in Angola – we'll be back! Well-deserved 5 stars.

Has a very nice Valentines lunch here with my family. The food was EXCELLENT, we got the jalapeño popper soup which was so creamy with just enough heat. The fries were flavorful and crispy. The waitress was so sweet, and the chef was personable to talk with as well. Would definitely come here again if I’m ever in the area.

We have eaten at the Bistro several times for both lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is soothing and very comfortable with soft background music. The staff couldn’t be more delightful. The Chef Chase’s food is amazing from the lobster tails, lamb lollies, steaks and fish and the presentation is beautiful. A great addition to our community.

New ownership and they're doing it right! Stopped by to enjoy some drinks and appetizers on a beautiful fall day and to sit on the outside deck and watch the boats float by. I knew they made a killer Mai Tai, so wanted to pre-game a bit for an upcoming trip to Hawaii - so very happy we decided to stop in. We ordered ahi tuna and crab cakes for appetizers, both were absolutley delicious, and the food and drink presentation was just beautiful! Drinks were tasty with a generous pour. Great food, great vibe, and friendly service - we will be back!

The food was wonderful! I had the walleye with dill spice and capers sauce and the clam chowder. Very tasty! Our waitress was Hailey. She was a sweetie! The atmosphere is very charming! Highly recommend!

We had the Key Lime tart. It was fantastic!!! Highly recommended. If you love Key Lime Pie, You will love this. Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly. A charming little restaurant on the water.
The new restaurant looks a lot like the previous iteration, but the food is better! The service is prompt and friendly, and there are plenty of specials to pick from.

We eat out more than we eat in and are here year round. I'm a basic eater so I struggled to find anything on the old menu. We had dinner at the Bistro on Friday 8/29 after their reopening. I was pleasantly surprised with the new menu and friendly staff. It was top notch quality food. Strongly recommend giving it another try. This will be one of our regular stops.

First time visitors and we loved it! Small and cozy! Nice outdoors area with a view on the canal! Our food and service were phenomenal. We went at lunch time, so we can’t say how everything is at dinner time. My husband ordered spinach and leaks fettuccine Alfredo and I had seared ahi tuna which was seared to perfection! We will return!
