Timbers Steakhouse & Seafood

In the past we have really enjoyed driving the 45 minutes and stopping at Timbers to eat some good steak. I'm not sure what has changed, but the steaks were NOT good. They looked to be leftover primerib. They were not warm and NONE of them were served medium rare. Very disappointed. We will not be back.

Right behind our seat was the bussing area very loud and there must have been 30 open tables to choose from
Our server took our order gave us our bill - nothing more, non exist
From our seats we could see the kitchen and saw orders up and no one picked them for extended lengths. This went on the entire meal

We were staying overnight while traveling and the person at the hotel recommend Timbers. The Bloody Mary was very good. I had the prime rib sandwich with mushrooms and it was excellent. I got a baked potato for my side at no extra cost, again very tasty with butter and sour cream. My girlfriend got the chicken bacon wrap which was great, but the big hit was the bourbon glazed Brussels sprouts. They were awesome, and I don’t even like Brussels sprouts!
The staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had a large group and they got us in and served with little to no wait, also fast tracked two meal for two late arrivals to our party.

Ordered a rib eye and found out it was pre-cooked to 125 then they tried to sear it. I ordered medium rare and got almost well done and barely warm. It wasn’t hot enough to melt the steak butter. Manager came out to tell me the process and reassured me everyone comes here for their rib eye and how great it was. When I politely let the waitress know that my steak was done poorly, manager didn’t have time to come out and visit about that. It was a bad experience. Staff was great.

Been there twice. Kinda dusty, slow service but solid food. My friends hated their steaks. I love the cheese soup .

I would highly recommend Timbers Steakhouse if you are looking for a good cut of meat. The food was better than I expected. The ribeye was very flavorful, and a good size. The prime rib was one of the best I have had. The house salad was also wonderful.
