Wacky Jac’s has tons of atmosphere. The walls are decorated with alcohol memorabilia, and the bar is fully stocked. Unfortunately it’s all coated in a fine brown layer of nicotine. It’s such a shame too because I would definitely spend more time there, but as an ex-smoker the smell of tobacco is an immediate trigger.
