Only stopped here due to a late night, Chinese being closed, and no dinner. We ordered a biggie bag, baconator meal, and nuggets. They failed to give us one of our drinks and argued with us about us not even ordering it. Out fries were old and cold, the chicken nuggets were old, & our sandwiches were very disappointing.. Extremely disappointed! Don't waste your time.

Drive- thru order was filled slowly and without concern. Frosty was literally the same consistency as high quality H20. Had us pull up to wait for remaining ordered items, which led to us discovering that one of the items we received was actually something we didnt even order. After about 10min inside the location the order was correcrwd and we received a much colder frosty.

Messed up everyone’s order I don’t of us didn’t give us cups and gave us wrong sandwich I brought them back up and asked for the right one they said okay and then gave me THE WRONG ONE AGAIN they put everything I didn’t want on it so now I’m waiting for my right one

Don’t go here if you are in a hurry. Waited 10 minutes to order and another 25 to get our food. People that ordered after us got their food before us. Restaurant was dirty.

Went through the drive thru & was told the drink machine in their section didn’t work so I had to go in to get my own drink from the machine in the dinning area… the point of a drive thru is to not have to be out of the vehicle, with multiple workers in the area why does the customer have to park & go in to retrieve drinks … the last time I visited this location it took a very long time, when getting the order the young man at the window apologized greatly & explained he was there alone. This seems like it would be a good place for a better ran / managed facility.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with others ahead of me waiting to have their orders taken. None of us were ever acknowledged. I finally walked out. There was 1 car in drive thru and no other diners
Thank you Ms Ginger and Jason for handling the restraunt alone even tho some people were rude yall handled it with EXCELLENT customer service and they way yall worked together was amazing amidst all the chaos. YALL DEFINITELY NEED A RAISE WORKING HARD!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Went in to order our food and we seen the workers bagging chicken nuggets for a drive thru order not wearing gloves and touched the nuggets on top with their bare hands. They were also doing that with the fries we seen that and left without ordering. So unsanitary.
