Last night my family went to dinner. The service was absolutely horrible. I ordered a wrap with no tomato’s and asked for it to be remade. From the table we were sat at I could see into the kitchen, the line cook has a beard no net, another lady had long hair down and not pulled back, smoking or vaping on the line, and eating. The remake sat there under the heat lap for a good 10-15 minutes and the waitress came to our table and asked it we wanted boxes before she even checked on the remake, that she clearly walked by 5 times. The chicken sandwich my daughter ordered was way over cooked! The Mac and cheese my son ordered was cold. The burger my husband ordered was not made correctly, asked for no onions, got onions and no mayo. Clearly they needed another server to help in the dining room! It wasn’t very busy but you can tell the waitress was very overwhelmed. I’m seriously not impressed, the complete lack of great customer service is the reason I will no longer be going there again!!!

Nice hot crispy wings. Service time was fast for our appetizer. Fries were seasoned well hot and crispy. Solid place for wing night
My burger was burnt badly enough that I wasn't eating it and the fries were nasty. Server came by and didn't ask about the uneaten meal. I actually asked her to take it because it's garbage. She did not even ask so I'm pretty sure she already knew. Never again.

I have never went into a restaurant where the waitress & bar tender are vaping behind the bar! We ordered 2 bloody Mary's, took forever to get, she brings the drinks and then comes BACK with olives!!! What?! Never got asked if we wanted refills. My wings were very dry! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Go in to watch the Notre Dame vs. Army game tonight. No other games currently on the tv and only a handful of people in the bar area. Ask for them to put the game on some of the tv’s. 10 minutes go by and still nothing. So we call the bar tender again and we’re told that the manager said it didn’t start for another 6 minutes. While we’re currently watching the game on my phone, and the first quarter was half over. We inform her that we’re currently watching the game, so she goes back to inform the manager. He comes out and eventually puts the game on. We ask if he can put the sound on for the game. He smirks and says maybe as he walks away. 15 minutes later and he’s still never came back and turned the sound on or said wether he even planned on doing so. Needless to say apparently customer service is of no concern to them. We planned on starting and watching the entire game there but decided to close out our bills and left. Definitely regret ordering my wings before the game started because we would have left earlier so we could actually enjoy the game.
I travel from NC for business and make it a point to stop in and visit with Shannon. I even got him a Nc Classic “Texas Pete” . My food is always hot and drink never empty. Shannon goes out of his way to help and make sure me and my co driver are well taken care of. Thanks!!

Our family stopped in Saturday evening around 8pm. The place was not busy, four or five tables with people at them. The waiter that seated us acted like we were really an inconvenience to him. Didn't speak very loudly and was a little abrupt/ gruff. Noticed three dirty tables around us....guess that should have been our sign to leave. After about 10 minutes he came to get our order. Still didn't talk much...asked if we were ready to order and when we said yes just stared at us until we each placed our order. Never smiled, never really engaged. Brought our beverages ( Moscow Mule was weak). Brought our appetizer with our meals but didn't know which wings were sauced with what. The wings seemed a little overdone/ crunchy and sauce was just drizzled over them, not tossed in it. Husband asked for a water and never received it.Didn't see the waiter for awhile and we needed drink refills. A different waitress stopped by got us refills. He brings our check and says if we need boxes to go to let him know. During our time there we observed 2 groups of people come in and leave. They were never approached by wait staff for 5 minutes or so. Not even a " I'll be right with you". Overall a horrible experience.
