I stopped by Northbrook one winter day to give them a try as I passed through the area. The staff was friendly and quick to take my order, and I think they made my sandwich too. It was kind of quiet afternoon for them, so there weren’t too many other customers, but the place was comfortable. There weren’t too many TVs playing the latest games, and the people who were there were having a good time. The beers were mostly solid, and I had no major complaints about them. ...
We traveled from afar to visit Nortbrook and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by one of the owners and he talked about the beers they brewed. He then served us a delicious lunch. I had a roast beef sandwich and my wife had a sandwich with turkey, sliced apples and arugula.
I had mango strawberry sour and PB and banana porter. We will be back.

What a fun place! Great assortment of beers from lagers, ipas, sours and stouts. Grab a flight and try a few of them. I went back for more. Simple food selections ranging from nachos and wings to sandwiches. The bread was crazy fresh and delicious. Quite a few TVs for game time. Modern and fun.
