Bill and Flo boldt have been letting people run this disgusting shithole into the ground for years. They don’t care. Lots of drug use amongst employees. Always opening an hour or two late. Roof leaks pretty good and I’m sure there’s mold above the drop ceiling. Just guessing on that though but given their track record running the place. I hope the new bridge for state road 10 and 31 gets rid of the boldts and the bellman’s both sets of owners are a joke

I've been going out there quite a bit lately, at the Argos Indiana McDonald's, and I've had to start ordering extra onions on my burgers because they just ain't putting them on there anymore and today with my extra onions that I usually have to pay for there was about 10 minced onions on it. I can go to Plymouth which are owned by the same people I believe and not ask for extra onions and I get plenty. I thought that was like a signature thing from McDonald's. When I go back and complain they act like it I'm breaking their arm to ask them to do their job!

Slower than sitting at a fancy restaurant. 30 minutes for 2 burgers is outrageous. And there wasn't a line. Just slow careless employees

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in America! Every single time I have went there they are out of something I order. Then they always pull you up past the drive thru windows to wait for your food, which takes another 5- 10 minutes. Today I went through the drive thru to pick my boyfriend up a quick lunch. It was during lunch time. They were out of the McRib. I did get lucky and got my food at the window and was not asked to pull up. Tell me why at lunch time which is suppose to be one of their busiest times was my food cold. I personally don’t like to eat McDonalds I think their food is disgusting, but it is the only fast food place in Argos with a drive thru. About the only thing I will eat from McDonalds is their breakfast and the last time I got that it was awful. The staff is just plain rude and not friendly at all except for the one old lady at the window you pay at. She is always so nice.

This restaurant is a definite pass. The dining room was very dirty, the fries were awful, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. They also seem to be manipulating their service times by moving orders around. The condiments station was trashed and the staff bumped into customers while running food. If you're looking for a nice environment, friendly staff, and correct orders, you should avoid this place.

It was gross inside. It took 30 minutes to get my order. I was missing 4 nuggets. I took a bite of my chicken sandwich, and I spit it out. I threw it away and everything else I ordered.
Worst McDonald’s experience to this day. Put in a mobile order, went to pick it up for my wife, and children. Once I arrived I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to make it, to then take it home, find out that I’m missing my sandwich(DQP) So I go back to get the rest of my order. They tried to give me a regular cheese burger, when I explained I was missing a double QPer and not a cheeseburger, they apologized, then proceeded to give me a single QP. The rest of the order was fine except for the fact there were no sauces for the nuggets at all and there were 3 orders of them. Very disappointed. Lack of quality management. Seems like the employees hate their jobs and they don’t care what kind of service, or quality they’re distributing. Will take the extra 15 minute and go to the next town over instead of wasting my money there again.

Waited 10 mins in drive through to order 3 drinks only nobody ever came on intercom to take order. Pulled up to window after other people was being help in the other line. Got yelled at by the manager basically told to leave and yelled at they was sort handed. 9 out of 10 times there always problems At it our local McDonald's
