Is it possible this is the best McDonalds ever? The drive through gal yesterday early afternoon was about the sweetest gal who noticed my cute dog. Her overall vibe was cheerful and sweet. Please pat this sweetheart on the back and let her know we adored her spirit!!! (P.s. the fries were perfect!)

whole staff went to eat brownies and did not prepare my food. manager says this is normal because the chicken sandwich takes 7 minutes to cook. very strange experience here

I was there literally 30 minutes ago and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and neither of them were done. McDonald's is always convenient but after today won't go back unfortunately.

The sausage McMuffin could have been hotter and fresh. The hash browns were very hot and fresh but the workers were very friendly and gave service with a smile

On the way to take the kids to school this morning(9-10-2025), we came through the drive through and the attendant asked if we were checking in on the app, to which I replied, “no, just a minute please.” Moments later she came back on with a snotty attitude saying “HELLLLLLOOO?? Do you want to give me an order!?” So I reciprocated that energy saying the same “hello” drug out and said “I said I need a minute. At the window when I paid the same lady was in attendance. She was an older gal, heavy set, and just mad about life. When she asked me to pull forward to wait for our drinks I asked if it would be long because we have to get the kids to school. She responded with the rudest of arrogance and disrespectful attitude like as though I owed her something and she shouldn’t be bothered by such an inquiry. This was customer service at its worst! What unprofessionalism! I will NEVER go back to the Argos location again, and I intend to make sure corporate hears about this woman. We all have our bad days, but that doesn’t give her the right to make mine a bad day as well! Somebody needs to deal with this individual before more people are adversely affected by her issues. Maybe put her on the grill where she can be away from people
Scheduled to meet for employment, went there 4 times and no one got it set up. Super poor management on hiring process.

Youll wait 20 mins to order while employees walk past you like your not even there.the food is ALWAYS messed up and fries are never fresh.idek how this place is still open.it needs condemned and shut down.do yourself a favor drive the extra 5 miles and go to plymouth.best mcdonalds around.

One of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been through. Can’t get anything on time. Constantly making people pull forward and wait for food, which keep in mind is just to keep their numbers up. In all actuality they are just slow. Could probably use better management. The way they talk to one another is also horrible. Also 20 mins for a chicken wrap is seriously ridiculous.
The service here is absolutely horrible, don't waste your unless you at least 45 minutes to waste. Then call the so called manager and this person couldn't have been 16 years old disrespectful and hung up on me then didn't answer the phone. I'm telling you this has happened to me at this store multiple times. I have learned my lesson and not ever come back here again!!
