I think their oven is broken. If I ask for extra toasted, bread will still be soft and as if not toasted at all. I've tried ordering several times now, hoping for different results, but always same experience. Also had to deal with a rude woman twice on two Friday mornings. Most of the time other staff is alright though. Subs seem lacking sometimes in something in comparison to other local subways, not toasted properly ever, but maybe cheese lacking as well. Today the plexiglass on sub counter was very dirty looking, mainly of smearing of last cleaning-not always this way though. The guy making my subs today had maybe a little excessive facial hair to be making subs with no hair net, just made me a little uncomfortable knowing my beard if kept that way will lose hairs while on my own food prep. Not always completely bad, but not always good experience either.

Tonight I got the worse sub from takeout at subway in ashleyI ordered cheese on my sub And no cheese on it I ordered extra toasty and it was barely toasted to top it off they dumped a bottle of terryaki sauce all over it yuk
