I've been going to McDonald's for a long time and it is convenient really cheap and the food is it half bad also you don't have to wait forever for your meal.

Apparently, even though the hours for the dining room say 5AM on the door EVERYDAY, the staff leaves the door locked, and when you pry them from the drive thru or talking amongst themselves you receive attitude and muttered obscenities. Really ridiculous. I wouldn't even post this, but it happens at least once every week. This establishment needs an overhaul on customer service.

The server was amazing even though I still received onions on both burgers she apologized and was willing to have them redone no time 4 that it was packed we were notupset about it just needed 2 b addressed all good burgers were delicious hot and tasty we just have onion breath lol merry Christmas and happy new yearParking: Drive thru was wrapped all the way around Mikki ds we were able to park no problem and got food quickly

I went through the drive through at 9:10 pm. I was literally the ONLY person there. 0 people ahead of me and 0 people behind me. I paid for my order and was asked to pull forward to make room for the vehicles that weren’t behind me. I waited 10 minutes and an employee came outside and walked around my vehicle for some reason and walked back inside. 5 minutes later the same employee walked outside again and then went back inside. About 5 minutes later a vehicle came through the drive through, paid for their order, received their food, and then drove off. About 10 minutes after that an employee came outside and asked if I was waiting on something. I explained that I placed an order 30 minutes ago and was still waiting on it. I was asked what I ordered, I gave the employee the receipt and asked if I could just get a refund which I haven’t received. I was told that my order was given to someone else by mistake. I explained that I was paying attention the entire time and the only other person that came to this establishment left just a few minutes ago. I literally paid McDonald’s 10 dollars to sit 5 feet away from their door for a half hour.

It doesn't matter how much or how little I order, the food is always made wrong! Ask for plain and get regular. Ask for bacon, and get none etc....I do not ask for much, but it would be nice to go and get a sandwich made just how I asked for it, or get what I'm paying for. I don't understand it. Your drive thru setup is legendary! Not here it isn't!
