Hello, I took my family into Applebee’s on Saturday 12/27/25. Our day was going extremely good, but that took a turn, right after me and my family sat down!!! A middle age short man (general manager I think)sat us down in a booth and then went to the booth behind us and started yelling at a man and a little girl. That little girl was crying within seconds!!! The manager was yelling pointing his finger in the man’s face. Telling him to leave.. the whole dining room was looking at the man and child😭 I can’t believe the way the manager acted!! Also when was it allowed for an establishment to publicly shame a man and a child? I give credit to that young man, the way he handled himself in front of his little girl and the establishment bravo sir 🫡🤝. I truly believe that young man should talk to a lawyer!!! I asked my server the name of that manger and she said, Monty. So on my way out we looked at the servsafe on the walls , his name is Monty Sosa
Applebee’s you should be ashamed!!!! You should be finding out whom that young man is immediately!! To make it right !!! Not only make it right but publicly apologize to him and his little girl!! The manager that acted this way should be terminated immediately!!! I will not be returning to this establishment ever!

The restaurant was freezing!!! Food became cold rapidly. They were out of broccoli which is crazy to me. Said they were out of cucumbers the week before! Waitress did make a fresh pot of coffee for me - that was nice.

1/2 rack of ribs were tough & so-so. Waitress forgot thing 6 times, & though friendly & apologetic, kept goofing up & late delivering items.. She DID get me $5 off for tough ribs.
Quesadilla Burger excellent, but if you're watching sodium it's 3,300 mg

While our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive the air vents above every table made it incredibly cold my son was sitting there shivering eating his food and I got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was incredibly oily and gross 🤢 me and my boyfriend actually switched food it was so bad so overall not a good experience 😕

The day was very muggy and everything was sticky in the restaurant. They should shave turned the air up higher to precent that. My family had gift cards to use and the place was pretty quiet.
