What a filthy place. Dirty tables and floors. All Sauce dispensers empty with empty sauce cups laying everywhere. It wasn’t a peak time like dinner. No excuse for such terrible conditions.

Hit here on a Friday night after dealing with difficult issues at a Fort Wayne ER. Hit the drive thru around 10 pm and was told they were out of roast beef. The meat the restaurant is based. Sucked to pay $11+ for two medium drinks and some mozza sticks after a crappy day.

Never actually ate there, the lobby was closed and since I was staying across the way at the Hotel I was not driving. I took my money across the parking lot to Culver’s. Sucks to see a business run so poorly. Their mistake make I guess.

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes , just to be told to pull around because they were still waiting on tenders. Then waited another 10 minutes. Don't know of any tenders that take 20 minutes.

Sadly the dinning room was very dirty. No clean tables. I understand that it was busy (1:30pm) but you would think that they could have spent 5 minutes to wipe the tables off. Was here over a half hour & never once was anyone out to check the dining room.

I absolutely love coming here to either eat or pick up Doordash. They are Some of the most friendly and outgoing people you could ever meet their customer service is Some of the best in this town, which is very rare. If there’s ever an issue, they’re quick to resolve it With no complaints!

I went in & ordered food on Sunday 6/8/25. This restaurant is beyond filthy and I will never eat there again. We weren't even sure if anyone was working as no one waited on us until we had to holler out to see if anyone was working or not. All of the floor was super sticky, there was a clump of black nasty stuff by the door, the condiment station was so nasty. One of the workers making the food walked outside, came back in never washing his hands, took an order & placed his hands all over the top of the cup he gave the customer. Then he walked to the grill, took his hat off, messed with his long hair and right back to work. It took forever for our food, but we were told the mozz sticks were fresh! Thanks but the rest of our food was cold and gross!!!! I was beyond floored. Everyone had long hair and the guy had facial hair and no nets, no gloves, nothing! GROSS

Upon arrival there was rap music playing so loud you could hear it in the lobby. Vulgar and racist language being used. Placed our order and then went to get our drinks. The drink counter was filthy. There were sauces smeared all over, no containers for sauces. Out of every single table and booth, not 1 was cleaned. I saw 4 employees, one of which sat on the floor while there were 4 people waiting for food. Our crinkle fries were cold because they sat for at least 20 minutes. Use to be inviting and the food was great, not anymore. This establishment needs an adult to make sure the younger employees are doing what they need to.
