Every time 8 order a franchise dip sandwich I never get the dipping sauce ,which is why it's called a French dip worst Arby's I've ever ordered from give it a 0 star

Absolutely terrible! Got food through the drive thru. Ordered 2 fish meals with crinkle fries and 2 for 6.99 fish, one with xtra pickles, and jalapeño bites. Waited 25mins in the drive thru. Everything is cold!!!!! Got two fish and 2 chicken (DID NOT ORDER CHICKEN!!) one fish has two tiny pickle slices. Jalapeño bites are hard and cold. Fish is cold. Fries are cold! $35 for a nasty meal that was all wrong!!! Every time I go to Arby’s in Auburn!! If they can’t staff with competent staff then they should close down! It’s way too expensive to eat out and not get a decent meal. Such a shame! Angola Arby’s is much better!!!

Decided to give Arby’s a try after our year ago experience. Big regrets. Worst experience ever. Firstly I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes in total. I placed my order online on the app to begin with, I went up to the window the male associate said please wait. I wait 5 minutes went past, still nothing. Cars are lines up to the street behind me.. I said hello, the associate said hold on once again. Still waiting another 5 minutes. I said hello, he mumbled something, I said I placed an order through the app, he then was crappy and asked what my last name was.. He said pull around. I get to the window and my entire order is WRONG. I ordered three 1/2 pound BEEF AND CHEDDARS. Large curly fry, large Krinkle fry & 8 piece Jalapeño popper. Large Jamocha shake, Large Vanilla Shake and a root beer NO ICE. What I received was 3 regular roast beef’s, 2 small vanilla shakes, & ice in my small root beer plus 3 small curly fries. The associate proceeded to argue with me at the window telling me my food was right. IT CLEARLY WASN’T RIGHT. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW!

Arby’s went down hill fast, grabbed two fish, two beef and cheddar and some fries today all of which was cold and now my son and I are both sick…. Nice way to waste $21 bucks for some trash. Glad Auburn has all the new restaurants smh
For $20.00 i was incredibly disappointed in the small size of the sandwich. Fast food franchises have never returned to the quality of food they had before covid. This is why I pack a lunch. Pathetic

Stopped in around 10:10 pm on October 31, 2024 and all the credit for my excellent experience goes to the heavy set young man working. I believe he is the manager but not positive. This young man went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and he was very polite and professional. If only all fast food workers were like him. Thanks.
