Everything was wonderful. We would only suggest more salad dressing options like adding French and Honey Mustard.

The steak was so tender I could cut it with my fork. All the food and drinks were really good. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good steak.

A quiet gem in Northeast Indiana. You catch a quaint small town feeling when you walk in the front. A friendly Midwest greeting and a quick assignment to your table. Wait staff closely aligned to the fine dining service you receive in a much larger urban establishment. The chef and the food is excellent! Want a great dining experience? Auburn City Steak House is your place!

We had dinner here recently during the ACD festival. It was a great dinner. The prime rib was good but definitely could be improved. Others in our group ordered the filet and were happy with it.

We requested to be moved outside because we had a young child and they were very polite and accommodating and didn't act like we inconvenienced them at all. We had the nicest waiter!!!!!

Dinner was great! Appetizer, entrees, and dessert. Wait staff was amazing! Will definitely come back!

Oof! Where to begin? They seemed extremely busy (backed up) despite half the patio and a third of the dining room being empty. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like with a full house. My wife's steak was overcooked (well done, not rare as desired) while the veg was raw. I would have preferred a salad with ranch (I'm basic), but the server insisted that would back-up the kitchen even further - no accommodation. I settled for the “Beef and Vegetable Soup” - it was mostly greasy ground beef and black pepper. I made note in the reservation that this was a “date night”. When we arrived, the hostess seated us next to an extremely loud party of 12. In hindsight, I should have insisted that we be seated elsewhere. However, I shouldn't have to. Finally, I never thought I'd say this, but for being a “steakhouse” I felt overdressed. Yeah, you're likely going to drop $100 / head but don't bother to tuck your shirt in or take off your ballcap. Classy. At least we had a good laugh about the whole ordeal on the drive home.

Our server was fabulous! The food was great, just felt portion size was small for the $$. Truly a beautiful venue with. Fantastic atmosphere. Wishing the business the best success!

Food was excellent, server was great! Service was a little slow, but we didn't mind because we were sitting outside and enjoying music from nearby band. Would definitely return!

Tiny salad. Table shoved against wall in high traffic area. Waitress was too busy. Food was OK, but expected better.

We were seated promptly, actually a little early. The food was delicious. Two of us ordered the salmon, my husband ordered the pork chop and our friend ordered the prime rib. The house salad, which accompanied the meal (or a choice of veggy soup) was very good. The raspberry vinaigrette was very light. We didn't have room for dessert, but maybe next year when we return to Auburn.

The server Frank was outstanding ! The food was delicious & cooked perfectly (prime rib) . Dessert was fantastic (Lemon blueberry cake) . We had a great experience here & will definitely return!!

I chose the chef special in the seafood and it was spectacular! My husband had prime rib and it was wonderful as well. Service was excellent. This place tends to be a little noisy because of the configuration. There were families with small children, which made it noisy!
