We all had a great time! Food was delicious & oh my goodness the salted carmel espresso martini was soooo good it is a must have! Our waitress was very friendly, kind, helpful she did a great job helping and taking care of all of us.

The Mac and cheese burger is sometimes the only thing I look forward to once a month. Honestly, most of the time take out is good (I usually get wings, boneless or bone-in depending on the vibe, and a burger). A few times my side has been missing, I reach out to corporate but don’t tend to get a reply. No biggie really, I won’t die without my tater tots lol, just slight sadness. I’d say most of the issues I’ve had are from dine-in, longer waits at the host stand and the food is usually cold (you’d think it’d be the opposite with take out). Anyway, I’d recommend the only night not getting take out wings is when they are running a wing deal, you can tell the wings are kept for long period of time and flash fried (causing them to be burnt, or the oil needs to be switched) BUT. The Mac and cheese burger is banging. Yaaa!!

Bdubs is my favorite restaurant, however I will NEVER go back to the Auburn location. I took my daughter in there for dinner tonight, the place was not packed at all. When we arrived the hostess was nice and sat us right away, but that's where it ended. We sat there for 15 minutes and NOT ONE SERVER came to the table to take a drink order, food order or even talk to us. They knew we were there bc my daughter is a 2 1/2 year old toddler, who isnt super quiet and also the hostess was nice enough to bring over some crayons for her to color. There was 2 other families who were sat about 5 minutes AFTER us and right next to us amd they were served. After 15 minutes I gave up and we left without anyone other than the hostess ever talking to us. Absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant on a Saturday night around 7pm that wasn't even half full. (Review from 3 years ago) Apparently their hours are whenever they feel like it. Hours on front entrance says Sun-Thursday open until 12am and Fri-Sat open until 1am. So when I show up on Sunday night at 10:45pm an hour and 15 minutes before they close, im told the kitchen is closed bc they close at 11pm. So not only are you not open until your posted hours but on top of that, you also closed 15 min earlier than the time you said you were supposed to close.

Staff here in the bar area were very nice and the wings were not fried to oblivion. The rest of the food wqs ok. Drinks were always full and I was able to take in the game away from home.

I would give negative stars. We haven't been to the Auburn location in over 1 ½ years due to bad service. Decided to give it a try again. After being there 10 minutes, we had our drink order taken. Once he came back with our drinks, he asked if we would like any appetizer. We declined and he walked away, even though we were ready to order. After another 10 minutes he came back for our order. After 45 minutes, still no food. Sitting around gave us plenty of time to see 4 different tables seated and eat, with one finishing and leaving, still no food. We were here over an hour, with drinks only. Guess the service still hasn't improved!
Most annoying outlet with total uncertainty about order compliance and rude behavior. We ordered wings and snacks for nine of us for dinner at 9.00PM. After waiting for 42 minutes we checked with the lady serving us about the delayed delivery of our order. We were told that she was not sure how much more time it might take to get the stuff ordered by us . At 9.45 PM . We opted to cancel our order and moved to Pizza Hut 🛖 who welcomed us even at 9.50PM for our dinner 🥘. Never take chances with this outlet which is ruled by whims and moods of staff at this outlet which doesn’t mind your business and even prefers to serve reheated and stale food many times.

The service is terrible. It's not uncommon for you to have to wait 10-15+ minutes after scheduled pickup, and the people who work the counter hide in the kitchen like rats. I've had to wait 5-10 minutes just to let the person know I was there to pickup food b/c they just don't come out, like ever. It's been 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup, and they still haven't brought my food out. I might die before I get it.

I ordered online and was supposed to pick up my order. Order placed at 5:53 pick up time 6:50-7. Got here at 6:53. Waited a few minutes for anyone to come to the counter. I was then told to wait 10 minutes while they “finished up” my order. I was sitting in the lobby writing this review. Finally walking out with my food at 7:26
