The service is terrible. It's not uncommon for you to have to wait 10-15+ minutes after scheduled pickup, and the people who work the counter hide in the kitchen like rats. I've had to wait 5-10 minutes just to let the person know I was there to pickup food b/c they just don't come out, like ever. It's been 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup, and they still haven't brought my food out. I might die before I get it.

I was then told to wait 10 minutes while they “finished up” my order. I was sitting in the lobby writing this review. Finally walking out with my food at 7:26

I think you need to have a talk with your staff because every time we come done in we are throwing up and have food poisoning the next day. I believe you need to make sure that the day staff is cleaning things properly. This is the 2nd time that we have gotten food poisoning from this place. Sorry not sorry

Shay R was absolutely amazing as a bartender, so friendly and warm with us. She was prompt on refills and conversation. Had such a great time we will definitely be back! It was extremely hot in the bar though would love it to be a little colder in there.

Have you ever played Russian roulette? Do you like it if you answered yes? Then you'll love this place. One day it's very good the next it's terrible with hour long waits for mediocre food and terrible service. It's crazy the Rollercoaster of experiences you can have at this location from day to day.

Did a pickup order tonight and absolutely nothing about it went right. I got two kids meals which consisted of a grilled cheese and fries. Got neither one of the fries. Got an order of fries with bacon and cheese and got plain fries.

The last few times we have came here, whether it's to-go or dine-in, service is extremely slow and something is ALWAYS messed up. The managed to mess up our to-go order not once, not twice, but three times. You're better off driving to the DuPont Rd location.

We come here a lot but every time we come here it takes ages to get sat which is fine but today we didn’t even get sat down at all. They wouldn’t even look at us but they were looking at the game on the tv. We stood there for 30 minutes btw.

For a Thursday night I was pleasantly surprised with not having to wait for a table (party of two), but the wait to order (10 minutes) and wait for food (45 minutes) were lengthy. When my food came, it was not correct (whether I was not clear enough or the waiter got it wrong I'm not sure). When given the option of accepting the food I got and be given garlic parm sauce, I said I would like some garlic parm wings like I ordered. To their credit, they did make those for me. Overall, not a bad experience. The waitress did her job and refilled our drinks. But kitchen staff may need some help.
