Usually a very pleasant experience until one manager shows up and she talks down to you like you are stupid and don’t know how to do your job when you’ve been doing it for years. Very impatient and rude. I’m both a dasher and a customer but her service and customer skills are so bad I don’t want to dash or eat there because the toxicity.the customer service is great when she isn’t working and the food is phenomenal

We had to ask for a refund at the window because when we ordered we didnt say "2 for $5" the register didnt automatically account for the order. Then had the register lady tell us "oh well you didnt say it was the special thats posted". Manager was super nice and fixed it immediately.

Slow slow slow used app to order 15 minutes ahead of time, order wasn't ready when I arrived, they fail to add purchased items, seemed to not really care about customer service.

So let's start with the kiosk thing... I dont like it! I waited to be waited on by a person. I think trying to save money with kiosks and mask it as saving time is stupid! Let people keep their jobs! I was greated and treated well by staff! The food was as good as expected. The real problem I had was all the flies! Also I wanted ketchup but the area was disturbing and the nozzle crusty so I passed! I am always weary of eating at a place gull of bugs! So I would steer clear of Auburn burger King until they address this problem. I added pics of some of the flies and the gross ketchup area.

I came to try breakfast for the first time. I got the Croisanwich with bacon and ham and also some hashbrowns. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy any of it. The bacon tasted very old and like old grease,likewise with the hasbrowns. The cashier was super cool though, a guy with dreads. I'll have to stick with McDonald's for breakfast.

The kids had the music playing so load and fries was old and they wouldn’t make any new ones the place really sucks
This bk is great. I had to wait maybe 2 minutes for fresh food and they gave me a little extra and the employee told me I rule after giving me my food. Awesome customer service!!!!!

Ordered an impossible whopper with cheese, ketchup, and pickles - something abt ordering the veggie burger makes employees act up, i never end up getting my modifications to this with my added cheese and no lettuce, mayo, tomatoes, or onions.
