Just ate there and my 8 year old got sick, we rushed to the nearest bathroom without looking, turned out it was the women’s, and he was getting sick (no it wasn’t the food, this has been going by around at his school). A employee checked on us and brought us a roll of paper towels for my son it clean his face, and went and got a plastic bag so he had it for our drive home. Really impressed with how the two women handled a kid getting sick, and they were genuinely concerned...

Usually a very pleasant experience until one manager shows up and she talks down to you like you are stupid and don’t know how to do your job when you’ve been doing it for years. Very impatient and rude. I’m both a dasher and a customer but her service and customer skills are so bad I don’t want to dash or eat there because the toxicity.the customer service is great when she isn’t working and the food is phenomenal

We had to ask for a refund at the window because when we ordered we didnt say "2 for $5" the register didnt automatically account for the order. Then had the register lady tell us "oh well you didnt say it was the special thats posted". Manager was super nice and fixed it immediately.
