This place advertises to close at 11 and they are never open until 11. I work 3rd shift and have attempted going to get food around 10:40/10:45 and the doors are always locked. Being that
the food is already prepared and on the food line it’s no reason why you can’t serve several people within the 15-20mins they are closing early. Please update your time if you can’t serve till 11pm

Food tasted horrible it's been years since I've had chipotle. But I'll tell you this I'm never going back.
Lee D heard that I had ordered at the wrong chipotle location when I pulled up to the express pick up lane. He wasn’t happy with me paying twice, and hooked me up with some free chips and cheese for a mistake that nobody but MYSELF had made. Food was great, service was better. THANK YOU!!

Obviously suicidal workers. Trash piled high and overflowing every bin. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. Nothing stocked or cleaned. Even the bag they put my food in had schmutz on the bottom when I picked it up. Quite certain that place hits every health code violation on the books. Have some self respect people!

I’m giving this a 4 star review because of the following. I love the night crew, they’re always so friendly and welcoming. They’re usually really good at wrapping burritos, but I find that sometimes the serving aren’t the best, I understand, especially because this is usually a Chipotle issue and not an employee problem but I still sometimes would like more than they give. Overall, great people and a good atmosphere and delicious food!

I just wanted to commend the team of workers that helped me out on Tuesday 9/17 at about 5:30. I made an online order but I hoped I could call Chipotle to tell them that I have Celiac and I need spoons and ingredients changed out so I am not cross contaminated. I could not get ahold of an actual person so I was pretty upset. But when my husband went inside to address the situation, they were so accommodating and made sure my bowl had ingredients from the back that hadn’t been touched. Sometimes with my Celiac, I am not treated super kindly when I ask for certain things to be cleaned but this team was so kind about it. I appreciate it so much.
Chipotle, please update your app so people can put notes when they have allergies or specifications.

Whenever we go into make an order and pick out ingredients or extra charge items like guacamole we are told no because extras like steak instead of chicken or guacamole at all is saved for drive up orders only. Literally turning down the for sure sale and offering no compensation or apologizing. I have never experienced anywhere such rude customer service as to literally tell a paying customer standing in front of them that they can't have certain ingredients because someone else might order them. Just wow. I like the healthier options they offer but on the cheapest of ingredients they put literally one scoop of rice in a bowl....my money is better spent elsewhere if a food service can't be bothered to let me have more than .25c of rice when apparently I can't even have so many other ingredients because I am not a drive up order. They don't care. Be warned just go get ingredients at the store where the immediate sale is valued.

As everyone knows I am very objective and honest in my reviews here….
Let’s start with the fact that the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!
The “entire” team there needs to be fired and start completely fresh with a new team.
The staff including managers would rather joke around, play with each other or stand there on their phones rather than help customers or even wipe down the FILTHY counter even when the restaurant is empty, let alone when there are customers inside.
Consistently “out of product”…how when there is NO ONE THERE????
Rice…cold and crunchy.
Beans tasted sour….not sour like lemon or lime…sour as in spoiled.
NEVER EVER EVER order the chicken….
It was literally half cooked and pink in the middle….they are going to end up killing someone and then a large lawsuit will ensue!!!
OWNERS….PLEASE FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!!!!!
