I was happy to see that Cracker Barrel brought back Uncle Hershal back to the menue. Food and service is as great as it has always been.

Had brunch here today and everything was fantastic. I had the steak & chicken combo with mac and cheese and green beans — the steak was cooked perfectly and the bacon was awesome. My wife had the Mama Pancakes, my son had the pecan pancakes, and the kids’ chocolate chip pancakes were a big hit.

Food was amazing all around, and shout-out to the team working today — great service and a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I stopped by while traveling to this location around 1pm. I ordered the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast breakfast along with coffee. The waitress was very nice! The food was wonderful! As I was eating, the manager who's name was Michael unexpectedly stopped by and asked me how was everything. I told him it was very good! The atmosphere, and the hospitality was also wonderful! I will be coming back again!🙂

Normally I would give this place 5 stars. However after today's visit I would not. Service has really gone down hill. They really need to up their game with service. Waitress was very scattered, and unable to remember our request.

First time at this Cracker Barrel and I must say, wow! Brenda was an amazing waitress! Very attentive and on top of everything! Really patient with the kids too! The food was hot, exactly what we ordered. Our drinks never ran low. Even the manager Michael popped in at our table just to check in on our dining experience and helped Brenda run dishes out to our big table! We love the teamwork! Truly a wonderful experience and must say, the best Cracker Barrel I’ve been to!

Out of all the Cracker Barrels we have gone to Auburn Cracker Barrel is the best in amazing down home hot Food, Service, Hospitality! Our Waitress Brenda and Manager Michael are amazing ! We will ALWAYS choose this location over all locations we have gone to which is many. Keep up the great work Auburn Cracker Barrel team!

The overall service is courteous, the food is good, the store is neat and organized, the table servers are pleasant and professional, and the prices are reasonable. I've noticed the restaurant and the store have become busy again after the PR debacle earlier this year. I'm glad that corporate changed course before they permanently damaged the brand.

Food was served on dirty plate. Had to ask for everything rolls, vegetable,jelly. Husbands hashbrown caserole didn’t come til end of meal and then took way to long to get it. Wait staff knew nothing about birthday dessert and told us we had to go up front and ask about it. Terrible experience and will BEVER come back. The management was very nice and apologized.

Asked server for two bills. She brought us one. When we asked to correct it, she did but not correctly. Also asked for a piece of chocolate Coca Cola cake but never received it. Finally just got up and left. Very poor server!
