Very helpful and quickly service. They were quick to wash our table before we sat down.

Pay attention here, they tend to forget your order if it's small. Place is run by teens that have the attention span of a goldfish.

It seems to be a common theme customer service here is an issue. Several times we have came through the drive thru and the employees speaking through the speaker are usually always rude and don’t sound very happy to be serving customers that’s the general consensus. Today I’m not sure who I had they didn’t give me a receipt, but I wasn’t impressed. We ordered some blizzards, and the employee handed me one of them and I kindly asked for a drink carrier because I had my dog with me. She seemed a little upset about that and didn’t speak to me after that after giving me my food and taking my card. She didn’t even acknowledge my very friendly dog who loves going through drive thrus and usually enjoys a pup cup. Not that that’s a big deal but it says something about a person. To top it off we didn’t get the right blizzards and one of them was completely not frozen and ended up all over my car.

Horrible sanitary environment. Went through the drive thru and 5 employees were outside passing and using vapes. Disgusting and unclean. May file a complaint to the local authorities.

Rude and very unfriendly, I have came here multiple times and they always have an attitude at the drive thru. Honestly, they act like you're a burden by simply ordering.

New drive-thru is quick and easy but overall the restaurant itself seems a lot smaller than the old one. Food is still hot and fresh. Service is so-so. No one smiles or says welcome, how are you, thank you, or have a nice day. It's always, "Order when your ready" or "Go ahead with your order." Even a "hi" would be nice.

Let me start by saying I’ve never had an issue with the food or ice cream. It’s always pretty fresh and made great. Although it seems I’m not the only one recently who’s had issues with the customer service ever since they reopened. Been through the drive through TWICE since the reopening and had the same experience with the same person. My receipt said their name was Bryanna. They spoke with attitude, never smiled, never said hello or said have a great day. Maybe a tone delivery problem over the speakers? In customer service you have to fake it to sometimes to make sure everyone gets great service, coming from someone in customer service I understand the job can be frustrating but I feel as I will probably not go through the drive through again for some time. Hopefully the customer service inside is different because I genuinely enjoy Dairy Queen.

Before I start with my review I want to say that I love the food at dairy queen am never dissatisfied with whatever I get so the food gets a 5/5 from me BUT the service is my problem I've been going here quite a bit lately and every time I go it seems the person taking my order over the speaker is agitated and in a bad mood. That's fine as it might be a misunderstanding or so I thought. today I got a sundae and a blizzard while waiting for them to hand me my food; I heard the workers inside talking poorly about customers in line at the drive through(specifically the woman taking the orders) and today it wasn't just the lady taking the orders I over heard some other workers speaking poorly on the customers orders and speaking harshly about a woman's husband and then about a woman ordering for her child. I went and the woman kinda felt like she was rushing me to grab my food she let go and almost made me drop the food out the window. I love Dairy Queen, and it isn't going to keep me from buying food from here, but I hope that this reaches a higher-up so it can be resolved. Please take the lady off the mic as her attitude can be misinterpreted and drive customers away. I never write reviews anywhere, so I feel this is something people should know. I just would of hated to be that person be talked about or worse my loved ones.

The lobby was closed at 830, then the lady working the drive was very rude and unpleasant. Seemed agitated to take order and then when handed food there was no have a good night or thanks for coming. Needs retrained on customer service.

Customer service is atrocious, depending on who’s Working that day, I bought food one night and they did not listen to a word I said about what I wanted so they got my order wrong. I didn’t wanna fight with anybody so I just left because there was a line behind me my opinion if you work at any fast food or retail, you should be able to work well with others and follow instructions.
