New drive-thru is quick and easy but overall the restaurant itself seems a lot smaller than the old one. Food is still hot and fresh. Service is so-so. No one smiles or says welcome, how are you, thank you, or have a nice day. It's always, "Order when your ready" or "Go ahead with your order." Even a "hi" would be nice.
Let me start by saying I’ve never had an issue with the food or ice cream. It’s always pretty fresh and made great. Although it seems I’m not the only one recently who’s had issues with the customer service ever since they reopened. Been through the drive through TWICE since the reopening and had the same experience with the same person. My receipt said their name was Bryanna. Customer service is atrocious, depending on who’s Working that day, I bought food one night and they did not listen to a word I said about what I wanted so they got my order wrong. I didn’t wanna fight with anybody so I just left because there was a line behind me my opinion if you work at any fast food or retail, you should be able to work well with others and follow instructions.
