We bought her brownies and Apple bread, wowza!! Talk about delicious! She has a knack with flavors! The brownie was chocolate mint and it literally melted in our mouths. We saw her at the farmers market and will go back for more!

My friend & I visited yesterday. we are from out of town. Elizabeth is very friendly, outgoing and pleasant. I recommend her baked goods. God bless her for working hard to live her dream. As for the negative nellies- you keep your nose in your business and let Elizabeth manage her business.

I went to the Auburn fair and seen Elizabeth’s lovely table! It was beautiful with many yummy looking pastries. Elizabeth was kind, full of joy and kept a wonderful smile chatting with us. We got a pumpkin roll slice, fruity pebble rice crispy and a mint brownie. The pumpkin roll was to die for, soft pumpkin bread with the yummy cream center. The rice crispy was not so enjoyable, it seemed stale and the marshmallow was very minimal that the cereal kinda just crumbled off. We saved the brownie for later and got to it 2 days later. (Got it Friday night, went to eat it Sunday morning) Now there is no enjoy by date or specification when to eat it but I assumed the brownie should be okay, but when I looked at it, it was starting to get little green fuzzy spots. So unfortunately I was unable to enjoy it. I suggest a little enjoy by sticker or vocal eat it today or the next so nothing gets moldy.Pumpkin roll was delicious and my favorite and if she ever opens a little bakery to walk in and enjoy, I’ll still come by! Seems cat maid bakery? Cute idea If to ever happen. Thank you! ?

Elizabeth is one of the kindest and lovely people I have meet in NE Indiana. Aside from the fact she, her husband, and their kids are living my homestead dream, she is generous and makes scrumptious goodies. Buy local and support a great family!

Unbelievably good!! Huge selection! My fav is the Chocolate Almond Cake. Rich and decadent. I could eat it even on a keto diet. Homemade breads, both sweet breads and favorites like Brioche and sourdough. (Real sourdough!) And Elizabeth herself is a treasure!

We happened upon Elizabeth and her mobile bakery on a quiet street by James Plaza in Auburn last Saturday. She welcomed me and my son with open arms into the bakery. We enjoyed her homemade sesame buns, brioche, banana bread and her cinnamon rolls that were really superb. We were just passing through Auburn, but are so happy to have met her, heard about her family, and tried her delicious baked goods. Until next time, Elizabeth!

I have watched Elizabeth bake since her first set up at Farmers Market & including just last week. She has grown personally, professionaly & creatively all along the way.I am delighted with all her menu offerings & proud of her skills & the work ethic she & her family puts forth as well as the love shown to her customers & from them back .I am very picky indeed but Elizabeth has so many delicious choices I have not found any disappointments to my tastebuds.Quality items served & outstanding service at a great price. ???? The baked goods are way beyond any store made/ brought or other brick & mortor Bakery shops I have shopped from prior to Elizabeth's beginnings thru present day. I won't waste my time, money, tastebuds buying elsewhere. That smile of hers is better too lol.

I called before bakery was scheduled to open and Elizabeth said we could come over right then. Super friendly and the bread was delicious. She even gave us free cinnamon roll and brownie to try. Will definitely be going back.

We bought banana bread, brioche, triple chocolate brownies and the buckeye brownie. Everything was super fresh and delicious. We do not live in Indiana, but I will be going back to the farmer’s market on Wednesday to get more to freeze and take home to Texas.
