I've Ben getting coffee here for over a year and get the same drink 7 days a week but the last 3 maybe 4 months it's Ben made differently and tastes different from day to day I'm assuming cause it's not being measured and each person makes it differently.

We've loved Five Lakes for years and usually go to Angola but today we were in Auburn and decided to stop. And so glad we did because we NEEDED THIS! The strawberry smoothie is a favorite and today's was top notch with an extra flare and whomever made this is forever loved. Thank you!

I came in on Saturday and ordered three (3) coffees (2 cold 1 hot). I got the hot one and stood there waiting forever. I didn't say anything, as they were busy. The worker asked if/what I was waiting on and I told her. Both of my frozen drinks had been sitting at the drive through and were melting. I go through the drive this am, order my drink WITHOUT whip cream. I'm handed the credit card machine, I run my card and leave a tip (BEFORE getting my drink/food). I get my frozen drink WITH whip cream. The girl waiting on me tells another girl. The other girl looked overly disgusted, took my coffee, literally wiped the whipped cream off and gave it back. Now i have coffee all over my cup (and I'm on my way to work mind you). I tell the lady at the window to let the other gal know how shitty that was and there was no reason to treat me that way! Really sucks for as expensive it is to be treated this way. I love supporting small business, but after these two encounters, I'm 2nd guessing.

Lovely to have a warm, clean meeting place with a friend. I only left 4 stars tho, because Coffee was lukewarm I asked about a microwave—told there wasn’t one, with no apology, no offer to replace. Also no decaf for my friend.

5 lakes has the best coffee and they always greet you with a smile. I moved a little bit ago and I still can’t find a coffee place that is even close to 5 lakes quality. I miss their coffee and the comforting atmosphere that they made! It is truly a unique experience that you cannot miss out on.
I’ve been coming here for years and honestly I’ve always loved it. However, The last half year or so the quality has just plummeted. I get white chocolate mochas hot and cold or other flavors and more often than not they aren’t good. I’m not sure what’s happened but I’m paying almost $7 for a drink and it comes out like a regular creamed coffee half the time now and that’s ridiculous. Starbucks has had better value lately and that’s really saying something.

Love this place however tonight I couldn't place my drink in the holder to go home the lid kept popping off and my cafe mocha spilling the girl saw this and said the lid's pop off alot she replaced the lid which continued popping off when I got home I literally wore it on me and in my car trying to get it out and into the house. Ruined my opinion to say the least and wasted my $7.
